When notifying U Grok It of, or  returning to U Grok It, any Products that fail to meet an applicable warranty, Customer shall comply with U Grok It’s then-current Return  Material  Authorization  procedure  (available  upon  request).    U  Grok  It  will  pay freight on Products returned to Customer which are covered by the warranty Customer will pay freight on Products returned to U Grok It that are not covered by warranty. Plug the charger’s mini-USB plug into the USB port at the bottom of the handle of your Grokker. 2. Then do one of the following: a. Plug the charger into a 120V outlet, or b. Disconnect the charger wire from the charger, and plug the charger’s large USB plug into a USB port (such as one found on your laptop or desktop computer). 3. Leave the Grokker plugged in for at least 2 hours. Once the Grokker is fully charged, disconnect the charger. You’re now ready to use the Grokker to scan RFID tags.
