3 System Installation
Unpack the BooM2 system and check if
the package contains all the devices
and accessories.
Plug the RCA cable of BooM Box into the
“BooM Box” jack on the back of BooM
System. (White RCA plug to white RCA jack.)
Connect the power adaptor to the
“Power jack” of BooM System
Push the power button to turn on BooM
System.
Insert your iPod®s into the corresponding
socket. Do not plug iPod® Shuffle and other
iPod® devices at the same time.
Use IR remote control to operate
iPod® and BooM System*. Press
Bluetooth ( ) button is to activate
the Bluetooth function in BooM
System.
Touch the buttons ”+” (Volume up)
or ”-“ (Volume down) to adjust volume.
Push both buttons at the same time to
mute the BooM System. Press
button is to activate the
Bluetooth function of BooM System.
Connect the video cable (yellow RCA cable)
to a TV Video-in to view photo or video on
TV.(for iPod® Photo and Video series only,
can’t apply to iPod® Naro.)
You can also connect a MP3 player to
the BooM System Via a audio
extension cable. Be aware that
other music player may perform
unstable audio power output to this
speaker system. Please use only
ordinary mp3 players.
Notice:
If a 3.5mm audio cable is plugged, the iPod® interface will be disabled and no sound is output to
BooM.
Remote control features apply to most models of iPod® except Shuffle.
Hitting by abnormal electric shock from external power source, the sound of BooM will be
diminished or mute. Please restart the BooM System upon such situation.

4 Pairing and Linking Bluetooth
4.1 Setup Bluetooth link between transmitter and BooM2
4.1.1 Power on BTT001 and activate BTTA01 Bluetooth function via
remote control or press button on BooM System.
4.1.2 The LED1 of transmitter and BT LED of BooM System will blink
at low frequency. (1 Hz.)
4.1.3 For the 1st time usage, keep pressing the pairing button of
BTT001 and wait the LED1 of BTT001 to blink at medium
frequency.(2 Hz.) Both devices enter the pairing state and will
start to setup link automatically.
4.1.4 After the link is established, the LED1 of BTT001 and BT LED of
BooM2 start to blink at full speed. (4Hz.)
4.1.5 Plug BTT001 into the earphone jack of a MP3 player and enjoy
the music from the BTTA01.
Notice :
Bluetooth pairing is required only for the first time operation of both devices. After successful
pairing, both devices will recognize and link each other automatically next time.
4.2 Setup Bluetooth link between BooM2 and A2DP-enabled
Computers (PC, Notebook, PDA, or Mobile phone)
4.2.1 Activate the Bluetooth application program/function of your
computers.
4.2.2 Search for BT device “TwinMOS Speaker”.
4.2.3 Click link icon of the Bluetooth application program to pair the
BTTA01.(BooM2 System)
4.2.4 If pairing code is required, please enter “0000”.
4.2.5 The link will be set and the LED1 of BTTA01 will start to blink at
full speed.(4Hz.)
4.2.6 Go to the device manager of the OS and redirect the speaker
device to the Bluetooth speaker device. (For different Bluetooth
application program, the device name will be different.)
4.2.7 Now, the sound of computer is aired to BooM System via
Bluetooth connection.
Notice:
Regarding the operation of the Bluetooth application program in your computer, please
consult your computer manual.
Your computer, notebook, PDA and Mobile Phone must be Bluetooth 1.2 compliant and
A2DP-enabled (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) to transfer stereo audio stream to BooM
System.

This is important document. Attach your bill of sale to this card and keep it in a safe place. Your
bill of sale is your warranty. The TwinMOS BooM series warranty remains ONE YEAR the day
of the first consumer purchase.
Who is protected by this warranty?
The TwinMOS BooM Series warranty protects the original owner and all subsequent owners if
the product is purchased via an authorized dealer.
What is covered by this warranty?
Except as specified below, The TwinMOS BooM Series warranty covers all defects in material
and workmanship. The following are not covered: Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse,
product modification, or neglect; damage occurring during shipment; damage from failure to
follow the setup instructions in the users manual; damage resulting the performance of repairs
by someone not authorized by TwinMOS; any claims based on misrepresentation by the seller.
TwinMOS’s liability is limited to the repair and replacement, at our option, of any defective
product and shall not incidental and consequential damages. TwinMOS reserves the right to
replace a discontinued model with a comparable model. Any replacement, accessories or
parts may be new or rebuilt.
