Bluetooth Rock Speaker User’s Manual Please read before using the equipment INTRODUCTION This Bluetooth Speaker System uses the latest Bluetooth technology that enables you to enjoy music and enhances TV sound anywhere inside your house. You can simply pair the system to Bluetooth Device such as iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Smartphone and Mobile. Without complicated wiring and installation with your Audio/Video equipments and rear channel amplifier, the system enables you to enjoy thrilling, lifelike sound stereo in minutes. Bluetooth V2.1+EDR Work wirelessly in Bluetooth Technology Bluetooth technology lets you roam freely throughout your house and garden No Limitations in Line of Sight Virtually interference free audio quality User-friendly Control Panel Can be operated by AC Power or Internal Batteries Operating distance up to 10 Meters (open area) PACKAGE INCLUDES 1 x Speaker 1 x AC/DC 15V 1.0A Power Adaptor for Speaker COMPONENT IDENTIFICATION INSTALLATION 1. Plug the provided Power Adaptor into the DC jack of the Speaker. 2. Connect the Power Adaptor to an Electrical Wall Outlet. BLUETOOTH PAIRING 1. Turn on the speaker by pressing the POWER button once, LED Indicator then blinks in Blue slowly. 2. When pairing the system to Bluetooth Source Device (e.g. Mobile Phone), press and hold the PAIR button for at least 3 seconds, LED Indicator then blinks in Blue swiftly. Select the system name “AU Bluetooth Speaker” that shows on the pairing list of your Bluetooth Source Device. Default Pairing Code is “ 0000 “. 3. When the Speaker and Bluetooth Source Device are successfully paired up, the LED Indicator then glows steadily in Blue. OPERATION 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Turn on the speaker by pressing the POWER button once, LED Indicator then blinks in Blue slowly. Switch on the Bluetooth Source Device (e.g. Mobile Phone) to which the Speaker is paired up. Play Music from the Bluetooth Source Device, and adjust Master Volume to Middle. Music should be heard from the Speaker, adjust the Volume from the Speaker to desired level by and pressing If the Volume Intensity from the Speaker is too weak, adjust the Master Volume from the Bluetooth Source Device accordingly. To switch off the Speaker, simply press the Power button once again. NOTE : Low or distorted sound on speakers can be caused by batteries that are discharged or have low capacity. Test by recharging the internal batteries, by connecting the Power Adapter to the Speaker. TROUBLE SHOOTING No Sound Ensure the Power Adaptor is fully inserted into the Electrical Wall Outlet Ensure the speaker system and Bluetooth device has been paired up. Ensure the speaker system is switched ON. Ensure the Bluetooth Source Device is ON. The connected audio / video equipment is not playing. Start playing the equipment. The volume of speaker system is too low, adjust the volume to an appropriate level. Distorted Ensure the volume level of speaker is adjusted properly. The speaker system is too far away from the Bluetooth device, move them closer. As the main plug of AC power adaptor is used to disconnect the AC power adaptor from the mains, connect it to an easily accessible AC outlet. Should you notice an abnormality in it, disconnect it from the AC outlet immediately. When powering by AC household current, these devices must be used with the AC/DC Power adapter supplied within the package. Do not attempt to power utilizing other AC or DC Power adapters. Power adapters are for indoor use only – do not use in wet areas or weather. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B Digital Device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to this equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the radio or television off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct interference by one or more of the following measures: ‐ Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. ‐ Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. ‐ Connect the equipment into an outlet on another circuit. ‐ Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. Caution: Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment.
