Charge the new bettertes lor 24 hours prior to the first use. - Ensure the TV. Hi-Fi or audio component is ON and tuned to a channel with audio. - Adjust the volume control on me headphone to turn up the volume. - The connected audio / video equipment is not playing, start playing the equipment. - The volume at headphone is turned down, adjust the volume to an appropriate level.
