The New York ANC headphones are designed for those who want to enjoy their music undisturbed by surrounding noises.HANDLINGTo turn the headphones on slide the power button on the left ear cup and they will go into sync mode. The LED indicator will flash from red to blue while in sync mode. Activate the Bluetooth function on your device or computer and search for “Urbanista New York” in the list. Once connected, a blue light will blink every 10 seconds and you can start using New York to listen to music or make phone calls.

Activate voice assistant (Siri): tap twice on the multifunction buttonThe play time is of around 16 hours with the ANC feature on. You can use New York as regular wireless headphones with the ANC off for up to 25 hours, with a 700 hour-standby time. The charging time is of around 2.5 hours. The red light is on during charging and it turns off when the battery is fully charged. That is why we offer a full one (1) year warranty from the date of original retail purchase, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Urbanista AB hereby warrants that, under normal use, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year starting with the original retail purchase date. The replacement warranty is valid only if the original proof of purchase issued to the purchaser, specifying the date of purchase, is presented with the product to be replaced.How does it work? If you believe this product is defective, carefully repack the unit and return the product to your authorized dealer within the warranty period, with the original proof of purchase. Your authorized dealer will replace the product, provided a defect in materials or workmanship is identified.
