Retry pairing the soundbar and subwoofer and power is plugged and “ON”.Press “Source” button on the remote control as it may be switched to a different source.The is normal due to a large amount of audio data which needs to be refreshed and may cause a pause in sound output.For normal use, there is no need to power off the subwoofer.
