Connect the LE4 to o a computer or wall ad dapter. The Charging light is red while recharging. The ligght will turn green wheen charging is complete. STATUS LIGHT Blinking Green Solid Green Solid Blue Camera is turning On n. Camera is On. Camerra is connected to a computer. Camera On. WiFi On.. No smartphone connected. Camera is not Recording/Streaming video. Slow BlinkBlue Camera On. WiFi On.. Smartphone connecteed. Camera is not Reco ording/Streaming video. Fast Blink Blue Camera On. WiFi On.. Smartphone connecteed. Recording/Streamiing Video. Fast Blink Red Camera On. WiFi On.. No smartphone connected. Recording/Streaaming Video. Slow Blink White Camera is installing firmware. Do not turn Off O the camera. RECORDING AND STREAMING VIDEO Turn the camera On O by pressing and hollding the On/Off button. To start recording/sstreaming, simply slide down the record switch. The LE4will auttomatically record a higgh quality video intern nally and also stream video to a conneccted smartphone. To sttop recording/streamin ng, slide the record swiitch back up. VIEVU APP The VIEVU app can be used to interact with w the LE4 camera. Itt can be used to record d the streaming video directly on the sm martphone, change cam mera settings, transfer recorded video from the camera to the phone, trim a videeo’s length and monito or the camera’s batteryy life and storage capacity. To pair the app with the camera, simply connect the sm martphone to the cameera’s WiFi network and d launch the VIEVU app p. CAMERA WIFI NETWORK The LE4 camera will w create a WiFi netwo ork for streaming video o to a smartphone. Thee SSID is the cameras’ serial number. The WiFi network passwo ord default is: 1234567 7890 ATES FIRMWARE UPDA The camera firmw ware can be updated. Check www.vievu.com//support periodically fo or new updates. CHANGING CAMERA SETTINGS LE4 settings such as video resolution or date and time stamp can be changed by: 1. Using the VIEVU app with a compatible smartphone. The VIEVU app can be downloaded from your phone’s app store. 2. Using a computer with the LE4 Configuration Utility. The Configuration Utility can be downloaded from www.vievu.com/support. RESET SWITCH If the camera fails to function correctly, it may need to be reset. Gently insert the end of a paperclip into the hole and hold down the button for 1 second. Video files will not be deleted during a reset. PRODUCT WARRANTY Company warrants to purchaser that the Products purchased here under shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall conform in all material respect to the specifications for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery thereof, provided the Product in question has been stored and used in accordance with ordinary industry practices and conditions. The use of non‐Company branded or approved accessories or replacement parts may result in damage not covered by warranty. Company does not warrant that the operation of the products will be uninterrupted or error free. Remedies. In the event that a Product does not comply with the product warranty set out above and such non‐conforming Product is returned to Company within the warranty period by Purchaser freight prepaid, Company will repair or replace such non‐conforming Product at no additional charge to Purchaser; the repaired or replaced Product will be returned to Purchaser, freight prepaid. Disclaimer of Warranties. The foregoing express warranties are limited to company and are not transferable and are in lieu of any other warranty by Company with respect to Products furnished hereunder. Company grants no other warranty, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of Liability. Company shall in no event be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the sale or use of its products, whether or not Company has advance notice of the possibility of such damages. If company breaches any provision of this agreement, purchaser’s sole and exclusive maximum liability, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not in any event exceed the contract price for the particular products. CAUTION Risk of explosion or fire if battery is disassembled, punctured, cut, crushed, short‐circuited, incinerated, or exposed to water, fire, or high temperatures.
