USER INSTALLATION MANUAL
Requirements of pollution control markings on China electronic information Products
In order to control and reduce the environmental pollution caused by the wastes of electronic information products, promote the production and sales of
low-pollution electronic information products, and protect the environment and human health, only toxic and hazardous substances contained by the
products are given below according to the Regulations of the Chinese Government for Electronic Information Products Pollution Control:

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates

or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on.

Description of environmental service duration
Duration of service of the electronic information products under normal use conditions described in the manual shall be 10 years,
which includes no leakage of toxic and harmful substances that would cause environmental pollution or harm to human body and
property.
This product is only applicable within an area of 2000M
Statement
This is a Class B product. In a domestic environment, it may cause radio interference; in this case the user may be required to take practical
measures against interference.
Installation Steps
I. Install triangular column and base
3. The screw holes of the square base on the
screw holes, triangular column 3 BM4 * 22
white lock screw.
2. The alignment hole in the shaft bracket
cover on the columns on cover (pressure).
1. Insert the triangular column head end up
inside the shaft bracket, lock the three
PM4 * 14 black screw.
II. After disassembling shell
Note: the speaker wire connected with the
rear shell, removing the shell please note!
1. Disassemble two screws on the rear cover and the front cover. Remove the
stand from the rear cover
III. Install the motherboard (up to 170*170mm,THIN MINI
ITX Motherboard)
1. Install the IO board as the picture shows.
2.Lock 4 PWM3*5 screws on the PC board.
IV.Install the cooling fin
1.Install the cooling tube as the picture shows on the left. Look four screwa on the
motherboard. Firm the cooling fin and the front cover by PWB3*8 screws
V.Install the fan
1.The fan is installed as shown, lock the two screws
VI.Install the HDD
1.The bracket with shockproof circle drive on
to the hard disk with a screw lock in the
right direction.
2.Lock other screws to firm the HDD
Installation Tips:
1. After cutoff, the system has to be reset the BIOS when restart?
Reason: The information on the motherboard is not saved.
Solution: Change and firm the COMS battery on the motherboard.
2. No internet?
Reason: The driver of the network card is not installed. The chip of motherboards network doesnt work.
Solution: Reinstall the driver successfully or change the motherboard.
3. Flashing or shaking graph on screen?
Reason: Scalar board doesnt work well or the panel doesnt word well.
Solution: Check the LVDS cable connection or change the panel.
4. Blank or white screen?
Reason: The panel is able to receive the voltage from the backlight but the information is not able to be decoded and show.
Solution: Check the LVDS cable connection or change the panel.
5. No voice from speakers?
Reason: Speaker doesnt receive the information or don’t work.
Solution:1. Check the audio whether plug into the audio hole
2.Check the volume.
3. Check the mute
4.Check the audio setting whether he audio is forbidden.
