IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM USER GUIDE

If the user try to start the engine without the proper key the Immobilizer
system will not allow the engine to start helping to prevent the vehicle
theft.
Operation
When you start the engine with a key that the system recognises, the
system will allow the engine to start. However. if someone attempts to
start the engine with an unrecognised key. the system not allow the engine
to start.
Note
The keys carry a unique electronic code. For this reason and to assure
your safety, replacement keys is only possible through an authorised
NISSAN dealer
Always keep a replacement key in case one is lost. if a key is lost contact
an authorised NISSAN dealer as soon as possible
Maintenance
NISSAN cannot guarantee the system's operation it the system has been
modified or if any added-on equipment has been installed to it If you have
a problem with the Immobilizer system or the key, consult an authorised
NISSAN dealer.
