INTENDED USE 8: PRECAUTION
Intended use:
The wireless Fever Scout thermometer is a non-invasive and reusable electronic device. This product is intended for
non-urgent ambulatory continuous armpit body temperature monitoring for all ages.
Precautions:
1. Any form of modification to this device is forbidden.
2. Do not use this device togetherwith MRI or CT
equipment.
3. Physrcians should diagnose based on clinical
references and symptoms, and use this device as a
subsidiarytool.
4. Do not use this devrce if it cannot stay in contactwith
the skin and do not use on wounded or irritated skin.
5. This device Is non-sterile.
6. it is recommended for indoor use only.
7. The patch isto beworn underthe armpit. Patch
axposu reto ambient temperaure may cause inaccurate
temperature readings.
8. Do not submerge the pach in the water. Patch may
be removed for bath or shower and re-applied after.
9. Do not excessively bend ortwistthe patch.
10. In case of skin discomfort, remove patch
immediately.
11. For additional safety, keep the product out of user’s
mouth.
12. User may only change the charger AAA batteries;

Battery Removal
The charger contains AAA batteries and the pach contains a
lithium battery. Refer to proper disposal instructions below:
1. To remove the battery, cutthe patch. The battery is located
in the center of the patch.
2. To remove the x batteries, open the battery
compartment door on the bottom ofthe charger.
3. All batteries/accumulators should be disposed separately
from the municipal waae stream via designated collection
facilities appointed by the government or the local
authorities. The correct disposal ofyour old batteries/acui-
mulators will help to prevent potential negative consequenc-
