Connecting to Your Mobile Device
Before You Start Overview
To Pair the Scale with the App:
1. Download the free “ Virgin Pulse” app on the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device and open the Virgin Pulse app. The app
will guide you through the connection and setup process.
NOTES:
If the scale automatically turns off during the connection process, it has timed out.
This indicates that the mobile device and the scale failed to connect. Please try again
to pair them.
In shared mode, the scale can only pair with a maximum of 100 users. When the
scale reaches this threshold it will display "FUL" indicating that the device memory is
full and a reset is necessary. Resetting the device will clear all of the stored user

icon (approximately 5 seconds) then release the SETUP button.
Place your mobile device close to the scale. The app will prompt you to pair with
the scale (if Bluetooth is enabled).

random number that appears on the scale's display. (The diagram uses 288 as an
example)
After the pairing is complete, the scale will display the "[ ]" symbol. The scale will then
power off. The app and the scale are now connected.
