Our product TX41788 (FCC ID: KPU41788) is a keyless entry transmitter for vehicle usage.
Since this product will be already installed in cars (as original equipment) when placed into
the U.S, market, we must hereby request that the following caution statement per CFR 47,
Part 15, Paragraph 15.21 will be added to the car manual.
The title “CAUTION TO USER" or “FCC WARNINGz" “NOTE:" or relevant title and
“Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment,"
Per CFR 47, Part 15, Paragraph 15,19(a)(3) the following statement must be added to the
car manual:
"This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.“
