usability.
WhenthesystemisintheConsumerModeyoucanrecallwhatsystemtheunitissetupasbytheLED
flashes.Thefollowingroutinedescribeshowtorecallthesystemtype:
1. TurntheignitionOnfor1second,Offfor1second,Onfor1second,Offfor1secondthenback
OnagainandleavingOn.
2. TheLEDwillbegintoflashapatterntoconfirmthemodetheunitissetto.
DealerMode:Usedwhenthevehicleisonthelotandthesystemisactive.
LotTransferMode:PlacesaunitthatiscurrentlyinDealerModeintoamodifiedvaletmodeuntilthe
unitisreturnedtoDealerMode.
NoSaleMode:PlacesaunitthatiscurrentlyinDealerModeintoamodifiedvaletmodeuntiltheunitis
returnedtoDealerMode.

ThekeypadmustberegisteredandconfiguredbythelocalLotManagementProgram

5.TheKeypadIDandpreviouslyprogrammedinformationisdisplayedonthescreen
6.Enterorchangetheuserinformationandpermissions
7.Clickthe‘ConfigureKeypad’button
8.TheKeypadisconfiguredandreadyforuseaftersuccessfulverification
SleepmodeandWakeup
SleepMode:Toconservebatterylifethekeypadautomaticallyentersalowpower
consumptionSleepModeafteranextendedperiodofinactivity.
TheusersnameisalwaysdisplayedinSleepMode.Batterystatusisaddedtothe
displaywhenattentionisrequired.“USERNAME”toggleswith‘BATTERYLOW’,
‘CHARGING’or‘BATTERYFULL’toindicatebatterystatus.
WakeUp:Pressanykey(except)towakeupthekeypad.Onceawake,the
keypadmayneedtheUser’sPINandtoverifybeforeitwillbecomeoperational.
PINcode:IfaPINcodeisrequired“INPUTPIN”‐“PRESSENTER”isdisplayedonthescreen.
InputthePINusingtheinputkeysandthenpressthe key.
Note;PINcodenotrequiredfor1minuteafterenteringSleepmode,justpressany
key(except).

9.Toexitturntheignitionoff,thehorn/sirenwillsoundtwicetoconfirm.

LearningaKeypadsetsthesystemtoDealermodeanddeletesallpreviously
learnedIDs.
TheenteredDID&VINinformationissavedastheonlyallowedKeypadID
thatcanoperatethesystem.
TheenteredSystemTypeinformationwillbedisplayedontheKeypadeach
timethesystemisoperated.

6.Pressthedesiredcommandbuttononthekeypadtocontrolthesystem.
