Retrial Unit Loaner
Customer may rent a unit at an aw upon daily rate, plus shippuig expenses, in lieu of purchasing a spare or “Span in the All" policy Rental days are colmwd
from date shipped until the date the unit is received in return by Wave wireless.
Returbiahlng Fees
Any product returned that requires refurbishing is damaged due to inadequate or improper paclagiiig prmetion, or that has notbeen scanned with original packing
materials may be snbjecr to a refiubishing fee
Bench Test and Repair Time
A unit IS renii-ned as detective and through bench testing is determined that the unit is not defeaive, Wave wireless, at its discretion, may charge bench test time at
