WaveMark Model #: PROX 1 is a 13.56 MHz RFID ISO 14443A Tag proximity reader intended only for

installation as an access control reader within the locking doors on HF1500 and HFH1500 family of

cabinets.

Do not Modify

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by WaveMark, Inc. could void the user’s authority to

operate the equipment.

End Product Labeling

The final end product must be labeled in a visible area with the following:

“Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: UQY-PROX1 (IC: 8182A-PROX1)” or “Contains FCC ID: UQY-PROX1

(IC: 8182A-PROX1)” or similar wording.

FCC/IC Notice

Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference,

and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause

undesired operation.
