Welltek Electronic Co., Ltd is engaging the electrical field of
industry which comprises of El transformers, toroid coils, adaptors,
electronic transformers, switching power and energy saving lamps.
This light device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for
Consumer RF Lighting Device. pursuant to Part 18 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment
generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions. many cause
harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.
I Use only on 120V/60Hzl
2 Never disassemble or modify. Any changes could void the user’s
authority to operate this device.
Not for use in totally enclosed recessed fixtures.

8 Not for use with dimmers, electronic times or photocell devices or
occupancy sensor.
9, If device is malfunctioning such as excessive audible noise or
excessive radio interference with nearby equipment, turn off and
replace the device.
In some cases, moving lamp to another location may reduce or
eliminate Radio Interference.
