Press and Hold the "PTT" button to transmit.
A I! Busy Channel Lock Out Option is on and the radio IS in live receiving
mode, Busy Lock Error Message will appear on the LCD and the radio will stay ,
in receiving mode and you wtii not be able to transmit 1
