For product available in the USA/Canada market, only channel 1~11 can be operated. Selection
of other channels is not possible.

This module is intended for OEM integrator. The OEM integrator is still responsible for the FCC
compliance requirement of the end product, which integrates this module.

USERS MANUAL OF THE END PRODUCT:
In the users manual of the end product, the end user has to be informed to keep at least 20cm
separation with the antenna while this end product is installed and operated. The end user has to
be informed that the FCC radio-frequency exposure guidelines for an uncontrolled environment
can be satisfied. The end user has to also be informed that any changes or modifications not
expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user's authority to operate this equipment.
If the size of the end product is smaller than 8x10cm, then additional FCC part 15.19 statement is
required to be available in the users manual: This device complies with Part 15 of FCC rules.

Chapter 1 Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this 802.11b/g mini-PCI WLAN Module that provides the easiest way to
wireless networking. This Users Manual contains detailed instructions in the operation of this
product. Please keep this manual for future reference.

Chapter 2 Installation
Follow the steps below to complete the installation:

2. Click “Next”.

6. The hardware installation is completed.
The mini-PCI is plugged in the Slot of mini-PCI. DRMR-81 will be used in 3G Router

Chapter 3 Connecting to a Network
1. Double click the shortcut icon of Ralink Wireless Utility on the desktop, and the RaUI
Wireless Network Connection Status’ window appears.
2. Select “View Wireless Networks” and check the available networks.

3. From the list of “Available Networks”, choose one network by clicking the “add connection
setup”.
4. You can either select “Unsecured wireless network” or “Security-enabled wireless network”.
You need the appropriate username and password to use a “Security-enabled wireless
network”.
