TheradiatedoutputpowerofyourtabletisbelowtheFCCradiofrequency
exposurelimits.Nevertheless,itshouldbeusedinsuchamannerthatthe
potentialforhumancontactisminimizedduringnormaloperationofyourtablet.

TheradiatedenergyfromtheantennasconformstotheFCClimitoftheSAR
(SpecicAbsorptionRate)requirementregarding47CFRPart2Section1093,
whenthetabletoperatesintheconventionalsetting.TheSARisdetermined
tomeasureatthehighestpowerlevelineachfrequencyband.However,the
actualSARlevelofThinkPadTablet2intheoperationbandsiswellbelow
themaximumvalueinsomemeasurementplots.BecauseThinkPadT ablet
2adjuststhecellulartransmissionpowerautomaticallybaseduponthe
proximitytothehumanbodyandorientation.Namely,thecloserdistance
toyoufromThinkPadTablet2willlowerthecellulartransmissionpower
level.ThinkPadTablet2hasbeentestedandfoundtomeettheFCCRF
exposureguidelines.
ToknowthelocationoftransmissionantennasforthewirelessLANandBluetooth

EmergencyCalls
ThewirelessWANfeaturedoesnotsupportvoicecalls,hencetheirusefor
essentialcommunicationisnotpossible,includingemergencycallsregarding
theE911rule.

YourtabletisapprovedforsimultaneoususeoftheintegratedwirelessLAN,
wirelessWANandBluetoothtransmitters.
Makesureofthefollowingconditionswhenyouuseanyotherexternalwireless
optiondevice:
