Check the volume setting on both speaker and your Bluetooth device and adjust the volume to a proper level. Speaker does not power up Low battery Ensure the Power switch at the bottom of the speaker is switched on. Ensure the speaker is fully charged or you have connected the speaker to power source Symptom Cannot pair successfully Possible problem Solution Speaker not power on or your bluetooth device paired with other device, or interference from other bluetooth device Check whether the speaker is in power on and searching mode. Check whether there are too many Bluetooth receivers around your Bluetooth device. Turnoff them to avoid any interference and pair again. Bluetooth device and speaker distance too much far away, Check whether the distance between speaker and your Bluetooth device is out of its working distance, or whether there are some obstacles block the streaming between speaker and Bluetooth device. (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Warning: Modifications not approved by the party responsible for compliance could void user’s authority to operate the equipment. Swinton Avenue Trading, Inc. (SAT) warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship (normal wear and tear excepted), for ONE (1) YEAR from the original date of purchase, except as provided below. If a defect exists, at its option SAT, will repair or replace with a comparable product, free of charge, any product which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. If SAT chooses to provide a refund for such product, it will be fulfilled in the form of an Office Depot Merchandise Card. Claims fulfilled in this manner take approximately ninety (90) days to process. Return Instructions Please call 1-877-777-HELP (1-877-777-4357) for warranty service or product support. 2.Using the power station as battery bank, connect USB cable extender and switch to OUTPUT, LED flash green. CONNECTION AND USE THE SPEAKER Bluetooth Pairing 1.Switch on speaker, blue LED display solid blue for seconds then start flashing, Turn on the Bluetooth device on your phone or tablet, search“DS-1168 ”and pair. When successfully paired, LED will display solid blue light. If smart phone need password, please enter 0000. 2.Adjust the volume by pressing the Volume +/- buttons on the top of speaker and on your bluetooth device. Press the Play/Pause button to play or pause the tune. Press and hold the Play/Pause button to terminate bluetooth Connection. 3.Handsfree function, when a call coming, press handsfree button to answer the phone call. After the call ends, the speaker will continue playing the interrupted music. 4. Power off, when not in use, please switch off speaker to save battery. Audio input using 3.5mm cable 1.Connect a 3.5mm audio cable to the 3.5mm Audio input on the speaker and on an external audio output such as MP3 players. 2.Speaker will switch to Line-in mode automatically. 3.Press the Vol-/+ button on speaker or native controls on the connected MP3 player to control volume. 4.Press Play/Pause on the audio player to play/pause the tune. Using the Bluetooth® microphone Answering and ending a call using your mobile phone When there is an incoming call, the speaker will generate a tone and a verbal notification to alert you of this event. Briefly press the Hands-free button to pick up. You may also press the answer button on your cellular phone to take the call using the speaker. Speak with a clear voice right into the built-in microphone located on the front section of the speaker. To end a call, tap the Hands-free button once again. Likewise, you may also end the call directly using the command on your cell phone. When listening to music using your mobile phone, playback will resume automatically once the call has ended.
