• Press for 2 seconds to TURN ON HELO™ LX+;
• Press for 5 seconds to TURN OFF HELO™ LX+;
• Press for 8 seconds to RESET HELO™ LX+;
• Double click to activate additional functions

E - Status LED
Indicates the status of your HELO™ LX+. It shows
the different status of the system (it can be fixed
or blink):
• Red LED: Indicates battery status
• Green LED: Indicates operational but not linked
status
• Blue LED: Indicates linked status
• Yellow LED: Indicates measurements status

Sensor that allows monitoring of your exposure to
UV Rays.

HOW TO APPLY THE STONES
The band of HELO™ LX+ allows you to put in
different Titanium plates, which include Germanium
stones.
The application of the plates is very simple: you
just need to align the hooks of each plate with the
specific slits that you will find in the internal part
of the band, and press slightly to hook them in.
The plates can be removed and replaced again at
any time and at the height you prefer.
Be careful that they are not covered by the band
itself and that they are in contact with your skin, in
a comfortable way and without forcing. The stones
must be kept clean and safe from impurities.
HOW TO WEAR HELO™ LX+
For correct use, keep your wristband very close to
your skin, keeping the sensor window clean.
It is best to wear HELO™ LX+ on the left wrist, in a
high position, for more accurate measurements.
Wear the wristband:
1. Place your HELO™ LX+ around your wrist, making
sure that it on correctly, with the LED placed in the
farthest part from your body.
2. Run the part of the band with the closure hook
inside the round hole that is on the other part of
the band.
3. Align the pegs of the hook with the two holes
that give you the best wearability.
4. Push the hook with the thumb and the index
finger until the pegs are completely fitted in the
desired holes.

HOW TO CHARGE HELO™ LX+
To recharge your wristband, you need to apply the
underlying part to the charger adapter.
You can connect to the adapter using the provided
USB cable, through which you can recharge HELO™
LX+ both from your PC or from a common USB
charger. Make sure that adapter has a maximum
voltage of 5V and maximum current of 0.5A.
The battery lasts about 5 days and needs about 2
hours to be fully charged.
The duration of the battery depends on the use
of HELO: the calculations regarding the duration
refer to normal usage, with a correct charge of
the battery.
At the beginning of charging, if you do not see the
red LED on, wait a few minutes and try to turn on
HELO™ LX+ by pressing the button for 2 seconds.
Charge HELO™ LX+ until the top green LED turns
on, indicating that charging is complete. If HELO™
LX+ doesn’t charge try to clean/scratch the
charging connectors of device and repeat the
procedure from the beginning.
Given the reduced charging times and to avoid
losing of nighttime measurements, charge HELO™
LX+ during the day.
Note: The power adaptor is not included. You can plug
the USB cable in a USB port of your computer or in a wall
power adaptor.
FIRST CONNECTION AND ACCOUNT CREATION
To better take advantage by your HELO™ LX+, you
have to create your HELO™ ACCOUNT. To register
your HELO™ LX+ you can use different apps,
we recommend to you to download and install
MyHELOApp, available at heloappstore.com
Follow the installing procedure.
The procedure depends on which operating system
is used (iOS or Android).

MYHELO APP USE
When you start MyHELOApp, you have to follow two
mandatory steps:
1. Registration: You will need to enter your phone
number or email. When you confirm, you will receive
a PIN code to enter only the first time you start
the App.
2. WGN Account Verification: You must associate a
WOR(l)D GN account to your device. You can choose
to use your WGN account or, if you don’t have one,
to use the account of the person that has introdu-
ced you to our company product.
Now, you can use MyHELOApp which offers you a
personalized and unique notification system and
allows you to be update about HELO™ LX+ status,
available updates, and to receive all HELO™ App
notifications in one place.
From the Side Menu you can choose to:
- Discover and Manage the apps offered by
HeloAppStore
1. Used Apps allows you to manage and see the
HELO™ Apps installed on your device
2. Suggested Apps offers direct access to the
apps available on HeloAppStore and suggest
the apps best for you, based on your age, your
physical activity and your wellness.
- Edit and Manage your personal profile through
the My Profile function
You can fill your personal details for your profile
linked to HELO™ LX+ and take advantage of
all the possibilities offered by MyHELOApp and
HeloAppStore.

- Manage your HELO™ LX+ through the Settings

1. Use Firmware Update to have your HELO™ LX+
always update to the last available firmware
version. (An internet connection is needed).
MAKE SURE TO HAVE ALWAYS HELO™ LX+ UPDATED TO THE LATEST
AVAILABLE VERSION TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL AVAILABLE FUN-
CTIONS AND TO AVOID PROBLEMS WITH THE DEVICE.
2. Device ID to know your HELO™ LX+ univocal
identification code, used to request warranty
repair
3. Diagnostic allow you to launch a check tool to
be sure that your HELO™ LX+ is fully functional
4. Find My HELO™ allows you to find your HELO™
LX+ by GPS positioning and to see the last
known position.
POSITION IS A FUNCTION OF THE HELO™ LX+ PAIRED SMARTPHONE.
HELO™ LX+ DOESN’T HAVE AN INTERNAL POSITIONING SYSTEM.
MONITOR YOUR WELLNESS
HeloAppStore is now the center of life for your
HELO™LX+. From heloappstore.com you can download
the apps make by WOR(l)D and also apps made by
independent developers.
You have a vast universe of possibilities, with app that
can monitor your health, your well-being, your physical
activity, and much more.
In a single device you can benefit from the creativity of
the brightest minds in the world.
Each app can be used with Android or iOS and can
communicate with your HELO™LX+.

Note: Each App is independent and has its own instructions and compatibi-
lity. Please refer to heloappstore.com for more info and details.
CARE AND CLEANING OF HELO™ LX+
The materials that compose HELO™ LX+ are meant
to be worn day and night, so it’s important to follow
some guidelines to wear and maintain them correctly.
To keep the band clean, it is necessary to follow these
guidelines:
Clean HELO™ LX+ with the provided cloth. If neces-
sary, you can hand wash the band only in cold water
and dry it carefully.
Let the band dry in the open air. Direct sunlight, high
temperatures, and humidity can cause discoloration
and damage.
REPLACE THE BAND
The band is composed of two separate parts, which
can be replaced with other bands which are provided
separately.
RESOLUTION OF FREQUENT PROBLEMS
I can’t connect HELO™ LX+ to the apps
- Recharge HELO™ LX+ and check that the LED beco-
mes red during the charge.
- Verify that the Bluetooth connection on your
smartphone is active.
- Try to turn the Bluetooth connection of your mobile
device off and on.
- Keep HELO™ LX+ near the smartphone.

If the problem persists, you can unpair HELO™ LX+
from the app and reset the wristband (hold the
power button for 8 seconds and then turn it on) and
try again. If after all the checks the device doesn’t
connect, you can try on a new smartphone/tablet.
