NOTE:Whenplayingmusic,themusicwillpauseandmakearingingsoundwhenacallcomesin.The
musicwillresumewhenthecallhasended.Ringingsoundmayvaryperdevice.

•Pressandreleasethetrackforwardbutton(>>)togotothenexttrack.
•Pressandreleasethetrackbackbutton(<<)togototheprevioustrack.
InFMmode:
•Pressandreleasethetrackforwardbutton(>>)togotothenextfrequency.
•Pressandreleasethetrackbackbutton(<<)togotothepreviousfrequency.
Volumebuttons
• Pressandrelease/holdthe(+)buttontoraisethevolume.
• Pressandrelease/hold(‐)buttontolowerthevolume.
NOTE:Thevolumemustbeadjustedthroughbothyourspeakerandaudiodevice.
ChargingyourHiFiWaves
NOTE:MakesuretheHiFiWavesisfullychargedbeforeusingitthefirsttime.
1. GentlyplugtheMicro‐USBendoftheincludedchargecableintothechargeportlabeled“USB
DC”.
2. PlugtheUSBAendofthecableintoapoweredUSBport,suchasacomputer,laptop,orUSBAC
adapter(notincluded).
3. ThepowerindicatorLEDwillglowsolidredwhencharging.
4. Oncethespeakerisfullycharged,thepowerindicatorLEDwillturngreen.
NOTE:ChargeyourHiFiWaveswiththeincludedchargecable.
ConnectingadeviceviaBluetooth(Firsttimeset‐up):
1. Poweronthespeakerbymovingthepowerswitchfrom“OFF”to“ON”.Youwillhearthe
speakersay“BluetoothMode”.
2. OpenthesettingsonyourBluetoothdevice.(Bluetoothmustbeenabled).
3. SelectHiFiWavesfromthedeviceslist.
4. Oncepaired,youwillhear“Bluetoothpaired”.
NOTES:
YourdevicewillautomaticallyfindandpairwiththeHiFiWavesaftertheinitialpairing.Ifyour
devicedoesnotautomaticallypair,turnoffthespeakerandrepeatsteps1‐4.
ThespeakerwillreturntoBluetoothmodeafterthespeakerhasbeenturnedoff.
Connectingadeviceviaaudiocable(LINEIN)
1. Poweronthespeakerbymovingthepowerswitchfrom“OFF”to“ON”,youwillhearthe
speakersay“Bluetoothmode”.
2. PlugoneendoftheincludedaudiocableintotheAUXportonthebackofthespeaker.Youwill
hearthespeakersay“LINEINmode”.
3. Plugtheotherendofthecableintoyouraudiodevice.
NOTES:
“LINEINmode”willnotfunctionunlessanaudiocableisinsertedintotheAUXport.
IfyoupluginanaudiocableintotheAUXport,themodewillautomaticallyswitchto“LINEIN
mode”.
Makesurethatyouareusingtheaudiocablethatwasincludedwithyourspeaker.
UsingtheFMradio(Firsttimesetup)
1. Poweronthespeakerbymovingthepowerswitchfrom“OFF”to“ON”,youwillhearthe
speakersay“Bluetoothmode”.
2. PressandreleasethemodebuttontoswitchtoFMmode.
3. Pressandholdtheplay/pause/phonebuttonforatleast3secondstobeginthescan/channel
savefunction.
4. ThespeakerwillscanandsavetheFMradiostationswiththestrongestfrequency.Oncethe
scan/channelsavefunctioniscomplete,theFMradiowillstartonthefirstpreset.
NOTE:Youmustcompletethescan/channelsavefunctioninordertohavepresetradiostations.
5. Pressandreleasetheplay/pause/phonebuttontobrowsethroughthesavedpresetsorpress
andreleasethetrackbuttonstogotospecificfrequencies.
Troubleshooting
Issue:Myspeakerdoesn’tturnon.
Solution:Trythefollowing:
Makesurethatyoufullychargeyourspeakerbeforeuse.
• Poweronthespeakerbymovingthepowerswitchfrom“OFF”to“ON”.
Issue:Myspeakerisn’tcharging.
Solution:Trythefollowing:
• Makesurethatthechargeportonthespeakerisfreefromdustanddebris.
• Makesurethatyouareusingthechargecablethatcamewithyourspeaker.
• Makesurethereispowerfromthepowersource.
Issue:Myspeakerisn’tsyncingtoBluetooth.
Solution:Trythefollowing:
• MakesurethattheBluetoothsettingisturned“ON”onyourdevice.
• Checktoseeifanotheruserisconnectedtothespeaker.
• RefertotheuserguideofyourdeviceforBluetoothsyncinginstructions.
Issue:Myspeakervolumeisturnedallthewayup,butthevolumeisstillverylow.
Solution:Trythefollowing:
•Makesureyourspeakerandaudiodevicearecharged.
•Makesurethevolumeisturneduponyourdeviceandspeaker.
Issue:Ican’tplaymusicthrough“LINEINmode”.
Solution:Trythefollowing:
•Makesureyouareusingtheincludedaudiocable.
•Makesureyouarein“LINEINmode”.
