IIIJIIJ GUNTHIII NOT SUITABLE FOR cuannzn UNDER a was or AGE BATTERY INSTALLATIIJN: Radio Euntrnl ‘ 1) Lift tab on back of battery cover and remove the cover. 2) Insert Six (6) “AA" size alkaline batteries (not included) in the correct polarity as shown. Alkaline batteries are recommended for best performance, 3) Replace the battery cover, 4) Attach the antenna to the top of the radio control by turning it clockwise until tight. 5) Extend antenna out to lull length before use. Refract antenna fully when not in use, CHARGING THE AIRPLANE BATTERY: 1) Before first use, you must charge the included rechargeable Lithium battery. 2) Insert the plug end of the rechargeable battery pack into the battery charging compartment on the back of radio control unit as shown, The battery can only be inserted one way. 3) The YELLOW charging indicator light will illuminate on the front control panel to indicate charging is in progress. 4) When the battery is fully charged, the YELLOW charging light will turn off and the GREEN ready light will illuminate. (Estimated recharge time for the battery will require about 40 minutes depending on residual charge) {No TE: Main power switch should he in “OFF” position during charging.) ruwrn iliolcnruntlcrii nrnpv tlcilr pnwrn on. on swncn charisma tioiir 1) Make sure the rechargeable battery pack is fully charged before first use. 2) Insert the rechargeable batten] pack as shown in diagram with the black plastic tip on the top. 3) The battery must be inserted so that it fits within the two side clamps. 4) When properly inserted, the battery pack should fit Ilush against the body of the plane. 5) Fully charged battery will provide roughly 4 minutes of flying time. RADIO EUNTRIZII. GENERAL FUNCTIONS: 1) The LEFT Control Stick on radio control: mg“, ggaigm a) Pushing the stick UP: High speed used fortake off. NW SW Ir) Pull the stick DOWN: Normal flight speed 2) The RIGHT Control Stick on radio control: MKS 3) Tap right to have plane turn right 3m“ If) Tap left to have plane turn left Elli? SwlTClI 3) Turn power switch to “ON” and the Power Indicator Light on front of the radio control will illuminate, FLY NE TIPS Pro-Flight Checklist 1) Must operate the plane in a grassy wide open field. You should allow yourself open space of at least 160 feet radius range a) Do not operate plane near buildings, power lines, other people, vehicles, homes. trees or with any other large obiects nearby. s) it, during use. the plane gets stuck in atiee. power line or otneitall object, on NUT attempt to retrieve it yourself Seek assistance from an adult 4) Make sure you are not wearing loose or long hanging clothing. 5) Make sure to tie down your long hair 5) Do not wear long dangling jewelry when operatinpthis plane, 7) Parental guidance is suggested at all Iilfles, E) If you are flying with others around you, make sure they are behind you during airplane operation. 9) For best performance, it is recommended to operate the plane With little or no Wind present as dueto the light body construction, Wind gusts will affect the steering and stability of the plane. Take 0” Procedure 1) Install the included landing Wheels into the front center bracket as shown (See diagram) 2) Make sure the radio control is ON and antenna is lully extended 3) Carefully grasp the fuselage right behind the main landing wheels with one hand. 4) While holding the transmitter in your other free hand, press the Iefl control slick all the Way up to achieve maximum speed 5) While holding the lett control stick up, hold the plane \ iusl above shoulder level arid gently toss the plane straight ahead and level ill there is wind, it is best to toss the plane into the Wind to achieve improved lift) E] 5) Continue to hold the control stick at maximum speed so the plane >Q can gain speed and altitude. 7) Once flight is stable, you can pull back on the left control stick to maintain cruising speed or to slowly drop altitude. a) To turn the plane. do not hold down the left or rigntdirection stick, Turning is accomplished by small “taps" In the left or right control stick. Land/fly 1) Landing should be always done into the Wind to provide additional lift. 1) When the plane is about 4-5 feet onthe ground, push up on the he?) Control stick Iura short 1 to 2 seconds 3) Then release the control stick. 4) Before storing the plane. please make sure to remove the rechargeable battery to prolong its life lNole, landlrlg lne IIIIIIE properly wlll lolre prmlcell
