USING THE KEYBOARDremote control automatically enters the keyboard control mode. Note: For superscript symbols, press the Shift key and the corresponding key at the same time. For example, Shift+1 to type ‘!’, Shift+2 to type ‘?’TROUBLESHOOTINGThe media remote has no power or functionality. If your remote does not perform any functions, replace the batteries with fresh ones. Make sure that they are placed in the right position. It may be necessary to re-pair the remote with the USB receiver (see Step 4 on the previous page for instructions).Note: When low on power, the backlight lights for one second, then blinks intermittently.The media remote will not work with certain apps.The media remote is designed to work with most apps. However, some apps may not be designed for use with the media remote. Use your Xbox One controller for these apps.The keyboard does not work.The USB receiver should already be paired with your remote and should be ready to use.
