TIPS
HARDWARE
•
Make sure you’re ready to print. You’re ready to print to your hAppy from your home wire-
less network when your hAppy’s Wi-Fi button is solid blue and the zRoll eject button is solid
white and your smartphone or tablet is on the same wireless network as your hAppy.
•
Make sure your zRoll is inserted correctly. Your zRoll is positioned correctly when you hear a
light “click” as you hold the zRoll by the side grips and position it into the back of your hAppy.
• Clean your hAppy. Insert your white cleaning zRoll into your hAppy after every ten or so
prints to keep your hAppy clean and printing well. You can’t print to a cleaning zRoll, so be
sure to swap it out when you are ready to print.
•
Your hAppy has two Wi-Fi modes. When the WiFi button is white, your hAppy is broadcast-
ing a Wi-Fi network for your tablet or smartphone to connect to. When the Wi-Fi button is
blue, your hAppy is connected to your home wireless network.
• Print from your computer. You can connect your hAppy PRINT to your computer with
the included USB cable. For more information on how to print to your hAppy from your
computer, visit zink.com/support.
