Earphone
A 3.5mm&4 stage earphone free of charge will be supplied with the tablet.
Cable
USB cable can be used to connect T72 with the computer. Please use the original T72 cable
to connect with the computer for media files transmission. After the connection, T72 will be
recognized as a USB device.

Please strictly use the original charger supplied with the tablet for charging.

A user manual will be supplied with the tablet.
2. Getting Started
2.1 Power on/off
2.1.1 Power on
In the power-off mode, please constantly press the power key on the top right side of T72 until the
tablet vibrates and the screen displays the cartoon. This power-on process will take about 30
seconds and the lock screen mode will soon follow after power-on.

2.1.2 Power off
In the power-on mode, please constantly press the power key on T72 until the screen displays
dialog box.
Please select “Power off”, then the system will shut down.
Besides: if you constantly press the power key for about 8 seconds, the system will automatically
shut down.
2.2 Standby
T72 can support automatic standby.
In the non-operating state, T72 can automatically enter into the lock screen mode. It will take 10
minutes to enter into standby mode in accordance with the system default. You can enter into
“System Setting” to reset the time for automatic standby time. As for the detailed steps, please
refer to Chapter 14 “Settings”.
Enter into standby mode with manually operation:
In the operating mode, please click the power key to enter into standby mode.
2.3 Using Accessories
2.3.1 Connecting Charger
Please plug the charger into the socket and plug the charger output into the charging interface.
Notes:
1. While charging, the temperature of battery and charger shall be close to the ambient

temperature, in order to improve the charging efficiency.
2. The new battery is incompletely charged.
3. The new battery or battery unused for a long time needs to be recharged for a long time.
2.3.2 Inserting Micro SD card
 Insert Micro SD card:
Open the key tab on the right of T72, you will see the Micro SD card slot; Insert the card and press
it until you hear a sound of “click”; the upper left of screen will prompt “Preparing the SD card”
with a specific sound effect.
 Browse files in Micro SD card:
Please open the program of “File Manager”; all the files under the root directory will be displayed.
Then select “SD (D :)”, the contents will be revealed for browsing.
 Remove Micro SD card:
Close all the files in the card, click “Settings” “Storage Device and Device Memory” “Storage
Device (D :)” and “Uninstalling” in turn on the desktop menu, the upper left of screen will prompt
“the SD card safely removed” with a specific sound effect. Click the card lightly and the card will
pop up a length; remove it out of the tablet and the upper left of screen will prompt “the SD card
already removed” with a specific sound effect.
Notes:
1. The position and direction of the card while inserting shall be correct, otherwise, the card will
be damaged.
2. Do not forcefully remove the Micro SD card before “Uninstalling the card”; otherwise, the card
will be damaged.
3. If the Micro SD card has been applied write-protect, it will not be formatted and written data.
Please make this operation after deleting write-protect.
4. A few Micro SD card may be incompatible with T72. Please replace with mainstream brands.
2.4 Connecting to network
2.4.1 Connecting to Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi Setting: you can choose to use local Wi-Fi network to connect internet when Wi-Fi is
turned on.
 Turn on/off Wi-Fi: you can turn on/off the Wi-Fi connection through following steps: click
“Settings” on the desktop; select “Network Setting” from the menu and click.

Connect to Wi-Fi network:enter “Wi-Fi Setting”, open Wi-Fi connection, wait for T20
automatically scanning surrounding Wi-Fi network, select a network, log on this Wi-Fi
network (if there is a “enter password” prompt, enter the according password to connect to
the network). When T72 is connected to a Wi-Fi network, the top of screen will display
icon. The more the number of the signal indicator lights, the stronger the signal. All three
lights indicate the best network signal.

Notes:
1. T72 will automatically remember the networks once connected.
2. T72 will automatically connect the network when the Wi-Fi is turned on and according
network is available.
3. T72 will choose to automatically connect the network used last time on priority when
multiple network connections are available.
Notify new Wi-Fi network: turn on “Network Notification” in Wi-Fi setting; when there is a

new network available in the surroundings,
icon will be displayed on the top of T72
screen to prompt you.
Delete a saved network: access to Wi-Fi setting, click the network you do not want to record,
select “Do not save”.
Connect to unpublished Wi-Fi network: if you want to connect to a Wi-Fi network out of the
scanning list, please click “Adding Wi-Fi Network” at the bottom of the scanning list and
enter the network name (SSID); if password is required to enter, please click the according
security mode used by network, and enter password and click “Save”.
2.4.2
Connecting to 3G
You need a SIM card which supports WCDMA data service while using mobile network. After
properly inserting SIM card, you can set the mobile network and use mobile data services.

Turn on/off mobile data connection: you can enable or disable mobile data connection through
selecting “Mobile Network” in network setting and clicking “Enable Data”.
2.5 Charging
T72 has a built-in battery. When the battery capacity is low, the system will recommend
recharging.
 Charging Method:
After plugging the supplied power adapter, the battery charge indicator lights, which means T72 is
charging. When the battery is fully charged, the charge indicator will automatically turn off.
on the status bar will indicate the battery charge status.
Icon
During charging, you can still use T72.
Notes:
1. Charging time will be longer on power-on mode.
2. Device temperature rising while charging is normal.
3. User Interface
3.1 Applications



Run the application: in the main screen, you can choose appropriate application to run
through clicking the application icon.
Adjust the location of application icon: in the main screen, you can constantly press an
application icon and drag it to the location you want, then release.
Notes: if the location you choose can not accommodate the new icon, the icon will
automatically go back to the original place after release.
Uninstall the application: in the main screen, constantly press some application icon, the
function bar will appear on the screen,

Drag the application icon to the top of
and release, then you can choose to uninstall this
application.
Notes: the pre-installed applications in the system can not be uninstalled and T72 will prompt “Do
not delete system applications”.
3.2 Gadgets

Add gadgets:Constantly press on the main screen, the function bar will appear on the screen.
Click the icon
on the left of function bar, the gadgets list will pop up. You can select
the gadget you want and add it to the proper location.

Notes: if the location you choose can not accommodate the new gadget, the gadget icon will
automatically go back to the original list after release. In this case, you have to repeat the
operation.
 Delete the gadget:in the main screen, constantly press the gadget icon, the function bar will
appear on the screen; drag the gadget icon to the top of
and release, then you can choose
to delete the gadget.
 Adjust the location of gadget: in the main screen, you can constantly press a gadget icon and
drag it to the location you want, then release.
Notes: if the location you choose can not accommodate the new gadget, the gadget icon will
automatically go back to the original place after release.
3.3 Shortcut
 Add a shortcut:in the main screen, click the “Menu” key to pop up the menu options
Select “Shortcut”, a shortcut list available for addition will pop up and you can choose the shortcut
you want to add.

Notes: if there is no place on the main screen, you can not add a shortcut.
 Delete the shortcut:in the main screen, constantly press the shortcut icon, the function bar will
appear on the screen; drag the shortcut icon to the top of
and release, then you can
choose to delete the shortcut.
 Adjust the location of shortcut: in the main screen, you can constantly press a shortcut icon
and drag it to the location you want, then release.
Notes: if the location you choose can not accommodate the new shortcut, the shortcut icon will
automatically go back to the original place after release.
3.4 Classification
 Create a new classification:in the main screen, drag a application icon or a shortcut icon to
the top of another application icon or shortcut icon, you can create a new classification.

 Delete a classification: in the main screen, if all the icons in a classification are removed out,
this classification will be automatically deleted.
 Rename a classification: constantly press on the main screen, the function bar will appear on
the screen. Click the classification you want to rename, re-enter the new name in according
box and go back.
 Adjust the location of classification: in the main screen, you can constantly press a
classification icon and drag it to the location you want, then release.
Notes: if the location you choose can not accommodate the new classification, the
classification icon will automatically go back to the original place after release.
3.5 Page Preview
 Enter the page preview: in the main screen, you can enter the
page preview interface through menu or “zoom out” gesture or

directly click the back key on T72.
 Set the default page: in the page preview interface, click the
button on any page,this
page can be set to the default page which will display when you turn on the tablet or click the
Home key.
 Add a blank page: in the page preview interface,click the
button at the last position,
you can add a new blank page.
 Delete the blank page: in the page preview interface,click the
button in the upper left
corner of each blank page, you can delete a blank page.
 Adjust the page order: in the page preview interface,you can constantly press the thumbnail
of a page and drag it to the location you want, then release.
3.6 Fast Operation



You can make some fast operations through the drop-down menu on the T72 main screen,
including wireless、brightness、automatically screen flipping、Bluetooth、3G and GPS.
Check the ongoing tasks.
Check/clear the notification of system.

4. Settings
4.1 About Settings
With setting application, you can customize the sound and display、set the date and time、set up a
network connection、check T72 working status and other attributes.

4.2 Network Setting
Network setting includes a flight mode、Wi-Fi、Bluetooth、VPN、mobile network.



Flight mode: when the flight mode is turned on, the status bar will display
icon at the top
of T72 and all the wireless connections will be unworkable, including Wi-Fi、Bluetooth、
mobile network、GPS、VPN.
 Turn on/off flight mode: in network setting, flight mode can be turned on or off by
clicking the “Flight Mode”.
Wi-Fi setting: as for specific operations, please refer to 2.4.1 Wi-Fi connection.
Bluetooth setting: T72 can connect with BT earphones or other BT devices which can
transfer documents.
 Turn on/off Bluetooth: in network setting, Bluetooth can be turned on or off by clicking
the “Bluetooth”. After Bluetooth connection,

icon will display on the top of screen.



Match with Bluetooth devices:
1. According to the instructions of Bluetooth device, open its Bluetooth connection and
set it to be detectable and visible.
2. Select network setting > Bluetooth in T72 setting and open the Bluetooth connection.
3. after T72 completing scanning, you can choose the Bluetooth device you want to
match with, enter the connection password or matching code, select “Match”. (As for
the matching code, please refer to the manual)
 Make T72 be visible to other devices: in the Bluetooth setting, click the “detectability”
to turn on/off its visibility to other devices. When the detectability is turned on and the
Bluetooth connection is opened, other devices can detect T72 and request to match with
T72.
 Modify the visible Bluetooth name of T72: in the Bluetooth setting, the visible
Bluetooth name of T72 can be modified by clicking “Device Name”. When other
devices detect T72, this name will show on the screen.
 Cancel the match with Bluetooth devices: in the Bluetooth setting >Bluetooth device,
constantly press the device which wants to match with T72 and this matching will be
cancelled.
Virtual private network(VPN)setting: when configurating a virtual private network(VPN),
you can access to the network through VPN.
 Add a new VPN configuration: in network setting> virtual private network setting>add a
virtual private network
 Virtual private network can help you establish credible safety connection in public
network and ensure the security of data transmission. T72 can support different VPN
connections, including PPTP、L2TP、L2TP/IPSec PSK and L2TP/IPSec CRT protocol.
Mobile network setting: as for specific operations, please refer to 2.4.2 3G connection.
4.3 Basic Setting
4.3.1 Sound
You can change T72 notice ring tones、operation sound、etc. and their volume through sound
setting. In settings, select “Basic Setting” and enter “Sound”:

Silent mode:click the switching key on the right of silent mode to turn on or turn off silent
mode; if the silent mode is turned on, the volume will be automatically adjusted to zero and
this state can not be changed manually until the silent mode is turned off.
Adjust the volume size: click “Volume” to adjust the volume size of media、alarm and
notification sound.
Change the notification ringtone: click “Notification Ringtone” to select different notification
ringtones.
Open or close the feedback tips: you can click the switching key of each feedback tip to open
or close corresponding feedback tips.

4.3.2 Display
You can change T72 screen brightness、automatically screen rotating function、automatic lock
screen tome and so on through display settings. In settings, select “Basic Setting” and enter
“Display”:



Change the screen brightness: in the display setting, select “Brightness”; you can manually
adjust the screen brightness of T72.
Automatically rotate the screen: in the display setting, click the switching key on the right of
“automatically screen rotating” to turn on or turn off this function. This function allows you
to comfortably use T72 in different postures.
Set the lock screen time: in the display setting, select “Lock Screen Overtime” to change the
automatic lock screen time. The default time is 10 minutes.
4.3.3 Date and Time
In settings, select “Basic Setting” and enter “Date and Time”:

Enable automatic time: click the switching key on the right of “Auto”, you can select the date
and time synchronization from the network or set the date and time by yourself. When the
automatic date and time synchronization is turned on, you can not manually change the T72
date、time zone and time.
Select the time format: click the switching key on the right of “Use 24-hour Format” to select
the 24-hour format or 12-hour format.
Select the date format: click “Select the Date Format t” to select a different date display
formats.
4.4 Advanced Setting
4.4.1 Privacy
In settings, select “Advanced Setting” and enter “Privacy”:

Restore the backup: in this setting, you can back up the current state of T72. A setting or
other data that have been backed up can be restored even after re-installing some application.
Restore the factory setting: if you want to restore the factory setting and clear all the
documents, you can select this function.
Notes: please make the system back up to prevent loss of important information before
restoring the factory setting.
4.4.2 Storage Device and Device Memory
In settings, select “Advanced Setting” and enter “Storage Device and Device Memory”:
 You can check the current storage device and storage status, and format the device.
 You can check the device memory.

4.5 About the Tablet
In settings, you can check the status information and authentication information about T72.
 Check status information: in “About the Tablet”, enter “Status information”, you can check
the battery capacity、network information、Wi-Fi MAC address、Bluetooth address and so on.
 Check power usage status: click the power usage status in device status information; you can
check detailed consumption of power.

Check the authentication information: in “About the Tablet”, enter “Authentication”, you can
check the authentication information or make the authentication.

5. Q&A
Q: how to do when the device crashes because of improper operation?
A: if there is no response from key and screen, you can click the “RESET” button on the right side
of the tablet, the tablet will force the shutdown. You can press the “Power” button to restart T72.
Q: what are the basic testing steps when the device can not boot?
A:
1. If the tablet can be turned on after being connected to the charger, it means the battery is
insufficient.
2. Ensure the indicator of charger light and the charger work normally.
3. remove the U disk、Micro SD card and other external devices.
Q: what to do if water penetrates into the machine?
A: immediately unplug the power cord of T72 and click the “RESET” button. Must not force to
turn on the machine, or more serious damage will be brought to T72. You are strongly
recommended to send the machine to designated service station for repair ASAP.
Q: how to restore the factory setting?
A: if you want to restore the factory setting and clear all the information, please enter “Settings”
-> “Advanced Settings” -> “Privacy” -> “Restore the Factory Setting”. Warning: Google account
number、 data & settings of system & application、applications downloaded & installed will be
deleted after restoring the factory setting. Please carefully use this function and make a back up in
advance.
Q: how to extend the battery use time?
A:
1. Adjust the LCD to a lower brightness.
2. Adjust to a smaller volume.
3. Adjust to a shorter screen overtime.
Q: how to do if the screen prompts “some error happens while matching with external devices”?
A: you are recommended to confirm whether time is over when inputting matching code
(matching overtime).
Q: how to do if you can not open Bluetooth and 3G?
A: please check whether flight mode has been turned on in network setting. If the flight mode is
turned on, Bluetooth and 3G will not be opened.

7. FCC Statement
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types
T72(FCC ID: Q78-T72) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value
reported under this standard during product certification for use when properly worn on the body
is 1.171 W/kg. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the
handset kept 1.5cm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements,
use accessories that maintain a 1.5cm separation distance between the user's body and the back of
