Welcome to use this Bluetooth FM transmitter, BTC008. Pleaser read this user manual carefully before using it.  Brief introduction 1. Bluetooth wireless communication technology Bluetooth is a standard of close range radio communication technology that was drawn up by Ericsson, IBM, Internet, Nokia and Toshiba. Through Bluetooth technology, we can achieve the highest transmission rate among mobile phone, computer, printer, PDA and other devices. The max transmit range of class 2 is 10 meters while the max transmit range of class 1 can reach up to 100 meters. 2. About BTC008 BTC008 has three functions of Bluetooth handsfree, Bluetooth stereo receiver and FM transmitter. At the same time, it has DC 5V USB Charging socket. By using BTC008, you can not only make handsfree call, but also enjoy music wirelessly. The product has the following features: 1) Bluetooth handsfree—pairing with Bluetooth mobile phone and PDA which support HFP:  Answer call, end call and reject call  Redial last call  Adjust volume 2) Bluetooth stereo receiver—pairing with Bluetooth music device and Bluetooth transmitter which support A2DP:  Enjoy music wirelessly  Adjust volume  Remote control the function of pause/revert to play  Remote control last/next song 3) FM transmitter—transmit call or music to car FM radio through the FM transmit function:  Transmit call or music to the car FM radio  Adjust the transmit frequency  Adjust volume 4) The sockets of Line in and Line out  Line in—Transmit stereo music to BTC008 from iPod or MP3 with wire  Line out—Transmit call or stereo music to car stereo system from BTC008

5) USB charging socket BTC008 has a USB charging socket which provides DC 5V voltage. You can power and charge other devices through using it. Remark: If you want to charge other devices, it requires the cigerette socket of your car can provide 400mA or above current.  Before using 1. Overview Main body Cigarette adaptor

Installing BTC008 1) Connect cigrette adaptor to car cigarette socket Before connection Already connected Remark:  The output voltage of car cigrette socket provided power for BTC008 must be DC 12V, the biggest voltage must not exceed DC 13.5 V.  The product is not compliant with some cigarette socket whose output voltage is DC 24V.

2) Connect cigarette adaptor with main body Press down spring button, as shown below, connect connecting buckle to the connecting slot of main body, and then release the spring button, that is a successful connection. 3. Adjusting frequency Before using BTC008, you have to adjust the frequency of BTC008 to be same as the frequency on the car FM radio. 1) Adjust the frequency of car FM radio to a frequency that is not broadcasting radio station; 2) Rotate MFB of BTC008 to adjust its frequency to be same as the frequency of car FM radio. 4. Pairing BTC008 with Bluetooth devices 1) Pairing with Bluetooth mobile phone Please make sure your mobile phone has bluetooth function that is available. Specific pairing steps may vary with different mobile phones. Please refer to your mobile phone user manual for further information. The steps are as follows: A. Keep BTC008 and your Bluetooth mobile phone within 1 meter when pairing. B. Make BTC008 enter into pairing mode (red and blue indicator lights flashes alternately)ˈ C. Switch on Bluetooth function of mobile phone and search the Bluetooth device. After searched, select “BTC008” in the Bluetooth device list. D. According to indication, enter password or PIN No:”0000”, and press the key of ” Yes” or “confirm”. E. After successful pairing, select “BTC008” in the Bluetooth device list, and press “connect”. After successful connecting, the red indicator light of button will be on. If your Bluetooth mobile phone supports A2DP, the blue indicator light of button will be also on. 2) Pairing with stereo Bluetooth transmitter The pairing ways of Bluetooth transmitter depends on Bluetooth transmitteri tself, please refer to user manual of your Bluetooth transmitter for further information. The steps are as follows: A. Keep BTC008 and Bluetooth transmitter within 1 meter when pairing. B. Make BTC008 enter into pairing mode (red and blue indicator lights flashes alternately). C. Switch on your Bluetooth transmitter and make it enter into pairing mode. D. The Bluetooth transmitter will search and connect with BTC008 automatically. After successful connecting, the blue indicator light of button will be on. Remark:  BTC008 will connect with last connected Bluetooth device automatically when switch it on every time, if you want it enter into

pairing mode, you can press and hold button for about 2 seconds (red and blue indicator lights flash alternately).  The pairing mode will last 3 minutes. BTC008 will exit pairing mode automatically if it can’t be connected with any devices after 3 minutes. If you want to continue to pair BTC008 with Bluetooth device, please switch off BTC008 firstly, and then re-pair according to steps above mentioned.  If red or blue indicator light is on, which means BTC008 has already connected with some device, at this time, BTC008 can’t connect with other devices. If you want to connect BTC008 with other devices, please switch off the Bluetooth function of current device paired with BTC008, and then restart BTC008 to pair with new device. 5. Playing music 1) Connect with Bluetooth A2DP mobile phone or Bluetooth transmitter A. Adjust the frequency of BTC008 to be same as the frequency on the car FM radio; B. Make sure your mobile phone or Bluetooth transmitter has already set up A2DP connection with BTC008 (Blue indicator light is on); C. Play music on your mobile phone or other music players, at this time, you can listen to music from car FM radio. D. Adjust volume: Short press MFB of BTC008 to enter into the mode of adjusting volume, and then rotate MFB to adjust volume.. E. Pause/revert: Light press button of BTC008 to pause music, press once more to play music again. F. Last/next song: Light press button of BTC008 to play last song, Light press. button of BTC008 to play next song. 2) 3.5mm audio input A. You have to use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable, one end inserts into Line-in socket of BTC008, and the other end inserts into your music player. B. Play music on the music player, at this time, you can listen to music from car FM radio Remark:  When play music through Line-in socket, you can’t adjust volume, pause/revert, play last /next song from BTC008  When you use wireless and wire to play music at the same time, it will switch to last input type. For example, BTC008 is playing music from Bluetooth A2DP device, at this time, if you use Line-in socket to play music, it will play music

through Line-in socket. 6. Making handsfree call with BTC008 As long as your mobile phone has Bluetooth function and set up HFP connection with BTC008, you can make handsfree call with BTC008, and remote control the call. 1) Adjust the frequency of BTC008 to be same as the frequency on the car FM radio. 2) Pair your mobile phone with BTC008, after successful HFP connecting (red indicator light of button is on, you can make handsfree call with BTC008. 3) Redial last call: Long press button for 3 seconds, you can call the last number. 4) Cancel calling: When it is calling, short press button to cancel calling. 5) Answer call: When it is ringing, short press button to answer call. 6) Reject call: When it is ringing, Long press button for about 2 seconds to reject call. 7) End call: When it is in conversation, short press button to end call. 7. The operation of BTC008 Function The status of BTC008 Operation Basic function˖ Enter into pairing mode Switch on Press and hold button for about 2 seconds (red and blue indicator lights flash alternately) Adjust frequency Adjust frequency Rotate MFB once right, the frequency will increase 0.1MHZ˗ Rotate MFB once lefe, the frequency will reduce 0.1MHZ Frequency tuning automatically Switch off Long press MFB for 3 seconds, after searched, the screen will display the frequency that is not used Adjust volume Conversation/Playing music Light press MFB to enter into adjusting volume mode, and then rotate MFB right to increase volume, rotate MFB left to reduce volume The function of making call˖ Redial last call Standby mode Long press button for about 3 seconds

The function of Line-out If your car stereo system has stereo audio input socket, you can also transmit stereo music to your car stereo system with wire. Around this socket, it often has remark of “AUX” or “Auxiliary”. The methods: You have to use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable, one end inserts into Line-out socket of BTC008, and the other end inserts into stereo audio input socket of car stereo system. 9. The red indicator light only flashes in adjusting volume mode..  Care and maintenance Please read the following suggestions carefully, that will help you to fulfill any warranty obligations and enjoy this product for many years.  Keep dry and don’t put it in the dump place, so as not to affecting the interior circuit of product.  Don’t put the product under the sunlight or place in the hot areas. High temperature will shorten the life of electronic device, destroy the battery, or distort certain plastic.  Don’t expose the product in the cold areas. It may damage the internal circuit board.  Don’t try to take apart the product. It may damage the product if you are not professional.  Don’t fall off on the floor or knock the hard substance. It may damage interior circuit.  Don’t use intensify chemical or detergent to clean the product.  Don’t scrap the surface with sharp things. If the product can’t work normally, please send it to the regularly asserted store. The staff will help you to solve the problem warmly.  FAQ 1. Why is red indicator light of button on? Because BTC008 has already connected with Bluetooth HFP device, you can make handsfree call. 2. Why is blue indicator light of button on? Because BTC008 has already connected with Bluetooth A2DP device, you can play music. 3. Why is not sound clearly?
