USER FRIENDLY TOUCH KEY CONTROL
The sensor button is used to preset the
preferred temperature. There is a choice
of three temperature settings: ECO (35°C),
COMFORT (38°C) or MAX (45°C).
The temperature is indicated by discreet
LED lights that also act as an operating and
diagnostic display.
Aerator (tap nozzle)
Zip mini instantaneous water heaters are
supplied with an appropriate low ow aerator.
This optimises the stream of water and helps
to achieve energy and water savings. To ensure
optimal performance, this aerator must be tted
to the tap spout.

WATER HEATERS
How much Hot water do you require?
If you want to achieve a 9 L/min ow rate at 40°C for a
shower, you will require 6 L/min of hot water at 50°C plus
3 L/min of cold water at 20°C .
Instantaneous water heaters create hot water on demand.
You need a proportional amount of energy (kW) to heat water
at the ow rate (Lt/Min) required for your application. The
formulas below will help you determine the correct power
rating, based on your required ow rate and the outlet
temperature you require.

Decentralised electronic instantaneous water heaters only
heat the amount of water actually required, to the desired
temperature for that point of use. The temperature can
be selected by the user either on the heater display or by
wireless remote control.
The smart electronic control detects the water ow rate
and automatically adjusts the energy input whilst also
compensating for uctuations of inlet temperature and ow
rate, always ensuring accurate delivery of the pre-selected
outlet temperature.
By choosing to use decentralised electronic instantaneous
water heaters you eliminate the inefciencies associated with
traditional large storage water heaters and the water wastage
associated with long pipe runs or “dead legs.
