1. Getting Started
1.1 Installing the SIM Card, SD Card and Battery
A SIM card carries useful information, including your mobile phone number, PIN (Personal Identification Number), PUK
(PIN Unlocking Key), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), network information, phonebook data, and short
messaging data.
Installation
Hold the End Key and power off the mobile phone if the phone is powered on.
Pull the back cover and remove it.
Pull the battery outward and remove the battery.
Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot ensuring that the card is properly aligned and that the gold contact of the card
is facing down.
The SD card is a mobile storage card that the phone may utilize to store different files. Please insert the SD card into the
SD card slot.
Insert the battery with the gold contacts of the battery facing the metallic contacts in the battery slot and press the
battery down until it locks into place.
Phone Lock Code
The phone lock code is a security measure that may be set to prevent your mobile phone from unauthorized use. The initial

phone lock code is set to 0000 and may be changed by the user. Once the lock code is set, it will need to be inputted when
powering on the mobile phone.
PIN
The PIN (Personal identification number 4 to 8 digits) code prevents your SIM card from unauthorized use. Once a PIN lock
is enabled, you will need to input the PIN any time the phone is powered on. The SIM card will lock if the PIN code is
inputted incorrectly three consecutive times.
To Unlock:
- Input the correct PUK to unlock the SIM card.
- Input the new PIN and press the Selection key.
- Input the new PIN again to verify and then press the Selection key.
- If the input PUK is correct, the SIM card will be unlocked and the PIN will be reset.
Note: The SIM card will be locked if you input wrong PIN code for three times. To unlock the SIM card, you need to input the
PUK. The PUK code can be obtained from the network operator.
2. Input Type
The mobile phone provides the following keys:
Dial key
Press it to place a call by entering the called number or selecting a contact from the phonebook; or press it to receive an

incoming call; or press it in standby state to show the latest call records
End key
Press it to end a call being dialed or end an ongoing call; or press it to exit the menu and return to the standby state; or
hold it for two or three seconds to power on or off the mobile phone.
Left and right soft key
The bottom line on the screen displays the functions of the Left and Right soft key.
Direction key
Press them to scroll the options when browsing a function list. In edit state, press direction keys to navigate.
OK/Selection key
Press it to confirm your selection.
Number and letters
Press number keys or letter keys to in input or edit state to input numbers or letters.
3. Menu Guide
3.1 Contact
The phonebook feature allows you to store, browse, edit, and delete phone numbers and can save up to 100 telephone
numbers. The number of telephone numbers that an SIM card can store depends on the storage capacity of the SIM card.

3.2 Call history
The call center keeps record of missed calls, dialed calls and received calls.
3.3 STK
STK service is the tool kit of SIM card. This phone supports the service function .The specific items are depended by SIM
card and network. Service menu will be auto added to the phone menu when supported by network and SIM card.
3.4 Multimedia
Camera: The phone provides a camera feature to capture pictures.
Image Viewer: Use this feature to view pictures or images.
Video Recorder: This function enables you to record dynamic pictures.
Video Player: Use this feature to play video files.
Sound Recorder: The phone supports .WAV and .AMR file extensions.
FM Radio: You can use the phone as a traditional FM radio. In the radio interface, you may press left or right direction
key to search channels manually, press OK key to start/pause, press * and # key to tune volume.

3.5 Messaging
Write Message: Through this feature you can create, read, or send a new message.
Inbox: Received messages are listed in this location.
Drafts: Drafts messages are listed in this location.
Outbox: The messages which failed delivery or are temporarily stored in the Outbox.
Sent Messages: Sent messages are listed in this location.
Broadcast Messages: This network service enables you to receive broadcast messages about weather forecast or road
conditions. At the present time, few networks provide this service. Please consult your network operator.
SMS templates: You can insert the pre-defined templates into SMS.
SMS Settings:This function enables default settings.
3.6 Organizer
Bluetooth: You can transfer data, such as music to other device using Bluetooth. Search the device and accept/transfer
data. The received data is automatically stored in the directory.
Calendar: This feature provides a monthly-view calendar to keep track of important appointments and daily events.
Torch: You can turn on/off torch through this function.
Calculator: Press the up, down, left, right and middle key to select +, -, ×, ÷, = respectively.

Alarm: Five alarm clocks are set but deactivated by default. You can activate one, multiple or all of them as needed.
For each alarm clock, the ringing time can be set.
3.7 Audio player
Use this function to play audio files. By pressing the corresponding key can you control the playing process of audio player:
play/pause(Ok key), switch to last song/next song (press left or right direction key), fast forward (press and hold right
direction key) and rewind (press and hold left direction key). In audio player interface, you can press * and # key to tune
volume.
3.8 Mobile TV
You are able to access this menu to watch mobile TV programs. Before you watch TV programs, you'd better select the right
area. Then you can search available channels and select channel to play.
3.9 File manager
The phone provides a certain space for users to manage files and supports the T-Flash card. The capacity of the T-Flash card
is selectable. You can use the file manager to conveniently manage various directories and files on the phone and the T-Flash

card.
Open
Choose File manager to enter the root directory of the memory. The root directory will list the default folders, new folders
and user files. When the mobile phone is powered on for the first time or when you have not changed the directory, the root
directory contains the default folders only.
Format
You can use this function to format all the data in the memory. The system will re-create a default folder. The formatted data
cannot be recovered. Therefore, think twice before using the formatting function.
3.10 Settings
Display: Users can access this item to set wallpaper, screen saver, power on/off display, etc.
Dual SIM Setting: Dual-SIM settings.
Phone Settings: This function allows adjustment in time, date, language, display, and other changes. Note: When
flight mode is engaged, it will suspend signal-transmitting functions – thereby disabling the device's capacity to place or
receive calls or text messages. Other functions that do not require signal transmission (e.g., games, built-in camera, and
MP3 player) are still available.
Call Settings: You can set caller ID, call waiting, call divert, call barring, line switching. Advanced Settings: blacklist,
auto redial, IP dial, call time reminder, answer mode.
Network Settings: Access this interface to set SIM 1 and GPRS parameters.

Security Settings: The security settings ensure the device is protected from unauthorized use.
Connectivity: You can manage data accounts through this function.
Restore Settings: Use this function to restore factory settings. The pre-set password is 0000.
3.11 Profiles
The mobile phone provides multiple user profiles, so that you can customize some settings to adapt to the specific events and
environments.
Customize the user profiles according to your preference and then activate the user profiles. The user profiles fall into seven
scenarios: General, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor.
3.12 Games
The games are embedded in this menu. For specific operation, please refer to ‘help’ option of each game.

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) information
SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the
phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, although
the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the phone
while operating can be well below the maximum value, in general, the closer you are to a
wireless base station antenna, the lower the power output.
Before a new model phone is a available for sale to the public, it must be tested and certified to
the FCC that it does not exceed the exposure limit established by the FCC, Tests for each

phone are performed in positions and locations (e.g. at the ear and worn on the body)as
required by the FCC.
For body worn operation, this model phone has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure
guidelines when used with an accessory designated for this product or when used with an accessory that
Contains no metal and that positions the handset a minimum of 1.5 cm from the body.
Non-compliance with the above restrictions may result in violation of RF exposure guidelines.
Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
