Ensure your headset is fully charged. 2. Pair your charged headset with a BIuetooth-enabled mobile phone. Charging Your Headset The headset comes with a built-in rechargeable battery. Pairing Your Headset with a Bluetooth Mobile Phone 1) Ensure the headset is off. 2) To activate the pairing mode, press and hold the headset's MFB for 8 seconds without releasing your finger until its status indicatorflashes blue and red alternately. 3) Activate your mobile phone's Bluetooth, search Bluetooth devices, select "clip Music 802" and enter the passcode "0000". when the pairing is completed, the headset’s status indicator will flash blue rapidly 5 times and you can hear along beep. |f the pairing cannot be completed within 3 minutes after the pairing mode has been activated, the headset's status indicator will flash blue rapidly 5 times and then turns off. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to pair both devices again. Resetting will also remove the pairing history of your headset with the mobile phone. 1. During OFF mode, hold the Volume UP or DOWN and plug the charging cable into the charging socket. The indicator will flash purple twice. 2. Release the Volume key. 3. Please refer to your mobile phone user guide for specific instruction. - Ensure the headset is within 10 metres range of your mobile phone and there are no obstructions. such as walls or other electronic devices in between. If the above steps do not solve your problem, please recharge the headset and remove your mobile phones battery for a while. 5 Troubleshooting (Cont’d) I can't turn off the headset ortne headset does not response - You may do a "hardware reset" on your headset if you can't turn it off or it doesn't response. - Press and hold the VOL UP and MFB and plug the charging cable into the headset for 5 sec. - Release both buttons and the headset will return to charging mode and reset.
