Getting Started
To use your (lip Music 802 Bluetooth headset ("headset"). please follow the steps belovm
1. Ensure your headset is fully charged.
2. Pair your charged headset with a BIuetooth-enabled mobile phone.
Charging Your Headset
The headset comes with a built-in rechargeable
battery. Prior to using the headset for the first
time, it is recommended to fully charge the

Pairing Your Headset with a Bluetooth Mobile Phone
1) Ensure the headset is off.
2) To activate the pairing mode, press and hold the headset's MFB for 8 seconds without
releasing your finger until its status indicatorflashes blue and red alternately.
3) Activate your mobile phone's Bluetooth, search Bluetooth devices, select "clip Music 802"
and enter the passcode "0000". when the pairing is completed, the headset’s status indicator
will flash blue rapidly 5 times and you can hear along beep.
|f the pairing cannot be completed within 3 minutes after the pairing mode has been activated,
the headset's status indicator will flash blue rapidly 5 times and then turns off. Repeat steps 1
to 3 to pair both devices again.

Multi-point allows simultaneous pairing of the headset with two mobile phones, to pair 2 mobile
phones:
1. pair your headset with the tst mobile phone as normal and then switch off
2. repeat the pairing procedure for the 2nd mobile phone
3. reconnect the lst mobile phone with the headset via the phone menu
when there is incoming call from another phone, press MFB will end the current call and answer the
incoming call.
call Waiting allows you to hold up the current caller and pick up the second caller.
To pick second call, press MFB once.
To reject second call, press VOL UP or DOWN for 2 seconds.
To swap between calls, press MFB twice.
To terminate current and swap to second call, press MFB once.
Music enjoyment - clip Music 802 support AZDP* and AVR(P* profiles which let you enjoy and
remote control the music.

Resetting Your Headset / Removing the Pairing History
You may reset the headset to its default settings. Resetting will also remove the pairing history
of your headset with the mobile phone.
1. During OFF mode, hold the Volume UP or DOWN and plug the charging cable into the
charging socket. The indicator will flash purple twice.
2. Release the Volume key.
3. The status indicator will stay red again and the headset is reset.
i.Tech Bluetooth headset is designed to work with Bluetooth devices. Due to large variability
between different Bluetooth devices from different manufacturers, interoperability between
the headset and all Bluetooth-enabled products is not guaranteed.

Troubleshooting
I can hear crackling noise.
To receive the best audio quality, it is recommended to wear your headset on the same side
of the body as your mobile phone.
lcan't hear anything in my headset.
. Ensure the headset is turned on and is properly charged.
- Ensure the headset is properly paired with the mobile phone.
- Make sure that the mobile phone is connected with the headset - if it does not connect,
either refer to the mobile phone‘s Bluetooth menu or by pressing the MFB once [see “Using
your headset" and “Pairing Your Headset with a Bluetooth Mobile Phone"),
Ican't connect my headset with mobile phone.
- Ensure your headset is turned off and is properly charged.
- Ensure the headset is properly paired with your mobile phone.
- Ensure your mobile phones Bluetooth feature is activated. Please refer to your mobile
phone user guide for specific instruction.
- Ensure the headset is within 10 metres range of your mobile phone and there are no
obstructions. such as walls or other electronic devices in between.
If the above steps do not solve your problem, please recharge the headset and remove your
mobile phones battery for a while. 5

I can't turn off the headset ortne headset does not response
- You may do a "hardware reset" on your headset if you can't turn it off or it doesn't
response.
- Press and hold the VOL UP and MFB and plug the charging cable into the headset for 5 sec.
- Release both buttons and the headset will return to charging mode and reset.
Safety Information
- check and observe local laws regarding the use of a mobile phone and a headset while
driving. If you use the headset while driving, ensure your full attention and focus. it is your
responsibility to drive safely. consider to pull off the road before making or answering a
call.
- Never leave your headset above any airbag deployment area inside your car as serious
injury may result when an airbag deploys.
. Never allow children to play with the headset - small parts may be of choking hazard.
. Observe all signs and displays that require an electrical device or RF radio product to be
switched off in designated areas. These could include hospitals, blasting areas. and

free from extreme temperatures and dust.
