While iKydz is configuring you can connect back to
your existing wireless network and download the
iKydz app form either the Apple Store (IOS phones)
or the Google Play store (Android)
You can also connect to your private portal @
https://customerportal.ikydz.com/
Login using the email address and PIN you used
during registration
Once the iKydz unit has completed its down loads
and installation, it is recommended that you check
that all functions are operational by simply
connecting to the iKydz wireless network and ensure
that you can surf the internet. It may take longer to
complete this process that anticipated base on your
bandwidth speed.
Next, you can then begin to connect your children’s
devices to the iKydz network. It is recommended you
remove/forget the existing home network details and
access form the children’s devices. It is also
recommended that you change the Wi-Fi password
on your existing network.

Quick registration.
On your PC or tablet (we recommend browser for
ease of use) connect wirelessly to the new safe SSID
called “IKYDZ”. Password:” ikydzwifi”. It will take
60 to fully connect first time.
Next open your browser and type into the URL Bar:

Fill in the mandatory information fields denoted with
* and press “Begin Registration”.
An onscreen prompt will appear while iKydz
downloads and configures your safe network. This
process will take up to 10 minutes to install and
configure
During this time any device connected to the iKydz
SSID will have no internet access. (Note – do not
switch off the device during this process.)
