Any Changes or modifications not expressly
approved by the party responsible for

Note: This equipment has been tested and

Welcome to use our terminalplease read this
manual carefully to install and operate the
terminal exactly. This user manual is for
reference only. If some contents and operation
steps are inconsistent with those for the actual
product, the latter will prevail.
Using SVR-2 GPS tracker, we can position,
monitor and control the vehicle on the position
server via GPRS, GPS and Internet. It can
help customers to manage transparently,
reduce cost, maintain security and raise
efficiency. Now it is widely used in business
traffic, logistics distribution, automobile lease,
intelligent transportation, shipping market,
army and police, rescuing, Safety Supervision
and Intelligent city…
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC
Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.

Ⅲ. SIM card Installation
Open packing case, check if terminal is OK
and the accessories are intact, or please
contact your dealer;
You need a suitable SIM card for using the
terminal, contact your dealer if any question;
Open the back cover
Insert the SIM card to the slot

Note:
The SIM card should support GPRS and GPRS
should be opening.
Inquiry by call needs the SIM card supporting the
calling line identification presentation.
If you enable the PIN code of the SIM card,
please use your mobile phone to disable the PIN
code.
Please make sure that the SIM card has sufficient
balance.
Ⅳ. Test & Installation
4.1 Power On
Turn on the power. Move the device to outdoors
make sure GPS signal is good.

4.2 LED Indicators
Red LED flickers fast when device is searching for
GSM network, it flickers slowly when device has
registered the GSM network successfully.
Blue LED flickers fast when device is searching for
the GPS satellite signal, it flickers slowly when
device has searched the satellites and been
positioned.
1. Red LED(indicates GSM working state)

Red and blue lights flash slowly (once per 5
seconds ), device works properly.
4.3 Installation
Close bottom cover, tighten the screws, adsorb the
device to iron.
Ⅴ. Setting & Inquiry
5.1 Web Platform & APP
5.1.1 Web Browser platform
Login the service platform to set or track device,
ask your dealer for the WWW address
5.1.2 Smart phone application
Use smart phone APP, ask your dealer to get
installation package.
Example, Remote set by Keelin Android APP Client

5.2 SMS
You can write a SMS command and send it to
device to set or request the position of the device,
Please refer to the <Operation Commands> to get
commands
Ⅵ. Trouble shooting
6.1 Platform Cannot connect
1Is the SIM card installed correctly? Please refer
to the installation instructions.
2Check the status of the LED indicators. If the
terminal is OK, the red LED and the blue LED will
intermittently and slowly flash.
3Inquiry the parameters of device via commands
and check the accuracy of the parameters.
6.2 No positioning
If the GPS is active, but the terminal cannot be
positioned for long time, please check the terminal:
1If the vehicle is in the place where there is no
GPS signal.
2The GSM and GPS signal may be weakened if

the device is installed in the place around metal.
6.3 Position drift
Position drift will be occur in places where GPS
signal is poor. Please move to the open places.
Ⅶ. Warranty rules
7.1 Special statement
1Technology change without notice.
2) If the color and appearance are inconsistent
with those for the actual product, the latter will
prevail.
3Warranty card is only valid for the terminals with
the following IMEI.
4Please take care of the warranty card and show
it with the original purchase receipts when enjoying
the warranty service.
7.2 Warranty period
Since the date of purchase, passive waste
host has one year warranty.

7.3 After sales
Any of the following circumstances not
covered by the warranty, but may be
appropriate to pay repair:
1More than the warranty period.
2Unauthorized removal or repair damaged.
3Damage caused by improper installation, use,
maintenance, custody.
4The IMEI label is torn or Obscure.
5Warranty certificate and product models do not
match or warranty certificate be altered.
6Damage caused by force majeure.
