We suggest checking with the airline carrier and airport prior to departure as regulations do change. Please note that Belkin products are properly marked to communicate the necessary details. Furthermore, the smaller capacity battery packs tend to have less restrictions. 2. Can I use my device while it is charging with the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K? Yes. 3. How many times can I fully charge my device (phone, tablet, etc.) if the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K is fully charged? It depends on the battery capacity of your device. Typically, smartphones can be charged 1.5 times with the Belkin F7U019, three times with the Belkin F7U020, and five times with the Belkin F7U021. 4. How long does it take to charge the Belkin Pocket Power 5K/10K/15K from empty to full with the cable that comes with it?
