Using the water dispenser *optional
It is normal for the first few glasses of water taken from the dispenser to be warm.
If the water dispenser is not used for a long period of time, dispose of first few glasses of water to obtain fresh water.
1. Push in the lever of the water dispenser with your glass. If you are using a soft plastic cup, pushing the lever with your hand will be easier. 2. After filling the cup up to the level you want, release the lever.
Please note, how much water flows from the dispenser depends on how far you depress the lever. As the level of water in your cup / glass rises, gently reduce the amount of pressure on the lever to avoid overflow. If you slightly press the arm, the water will drip; this is quite normal and not a failure.
Filling the water dispenser's tank
Water tank filling reservoir is located inside the door rack. 1. Open the cover of the tank. 2. Fill the tank with fresh drinking water. 3. Close the cover.
Do not fill the water tank with any other liquid except for water such as fruit juices, carbonated beverages or alcoholic drinks which are not suitable to use in the water dispenser. Water dispenser will be irreparably damaged if these kinds of liquids are used. Warranty does not cover such usages. Some chemical substances and additives contained in these kinds of drinks/liquids may damage the water tank.
Use clean drinking water only.
11

Capacity of the water tank is 3 liters; do not overfill. Cleaning the water tank 1. Remove the water filling reservoir inside the door rack. 2. Remove the door rack by holding from both sides. 3. Grab the water tank from both sides and remove it with an angle of 45°C. 4. Remove the cover of the water tank and clean the tank.
Components of the water tank and water dispenser should not be washed in dishwasher.
Drip tray
Water that dripped while using the water dispenser accumulates in the spillage tray. Remove the plastic filter as shown in the figure. With a clean and dry cloth, remove the water that has accumulated.

Freezing fresh food
Wrap or cover the food before placing them in the refrigerator.
Hot food must cool down to the room temperature before putting them in the refrigerator.
The foodstuff that you want to freeze must be fresh and in good quality.
Foodstuff must be divided into portions according to the family's daily or meal based consumption needs.
Foodstuff must be packaged in an airtight manner to prevent them from drying even if they are going to be kept for a short time.
Materials to be used for packagings must be resistant to cold and humidity and they must be airtight. The packaging material of the food must be at a sufficient thickness and durability. Otherwise the food hardened due to freezing may puncture the packaging. It is important for the packaging to be closed securely for safe storage of the food.
Frozen food must be used immediately after they are thawed and they should never be re-frozen.
Placing warm food into the freezer compartment causes the cooling system to operate continuously until the food is frozen solid. Please observe the following instructions to obtain the best results. 1. Do not freeze too large quantities of food at one time. The quality of the food is best preserved when it is frozen right through to the core as quickly as possible. 2. Take special care not to mix already frozen food and fresh food. 3. Make sure raw foods are not in contact with cooked foods in the fridge.

4. Maximum frozen food storage volume is achieved without using the drawers provided in the freezer compartment. Energy consumption of your appliance is declared while the freezer compartment is fully loaded on shelves without the use of the drawers. 5. It is recommended that you place foodstuffs on top shelf of freezer for initial freezing.
Dual cooling system
Your refrigerator is equipped with two separate cooling systems to cool the fresh food compartment and freezer compartment. Thus, air in the fresh food compartment and freezer compartment do not get mixed. Thanks to these two separate cooling systems, cooling speed is much higher than other refrigerators. Odors in the compartments do not get mixed. Also additional power saving is provided since the defrosting is performed individually.
Making ice cubes
Fill the ice - cube tray 3/4 full with water and place it in the Ice Bank. Loosen frozen trays with the handle of a spoon, never use sharp edged objects such as knives, forks. Store ice-cubes in the Ice Bank.
Note: If freshly made ice cubes are not consumed for several weeks and stored in Ice Bank, they will slowly reduce in size and eventually disappear completely.

Deep-freeze information
Food must be frozen as rapidly as possible when they are put in the freezer in order to keep them in good quality.
The TSE norm requires (according to certain measurement conditions) the refrigerator to freeze at least 4.5 kg of foodstuff at 32°C ambient temperature to -18°C or lower within 24 hours for every 100-liters of freezer volume.
It is possible to preserve the food for a long time only at -18°C or lower temperatures.
You can keep the freshness of food for many months (at -18°C or lower temperatures in the deep freeze).
WARNING! Foodstuff must be divided into portions according to the family's daily or meal based consumption needs. Foodstuff must be packaged in an airtight manner to prevent them from drying even if they are going to be kept for a short time.
Materials necessary for packaging: Cold resistant adhesive tape Self-adhesive label Rubber rings Pen
Materials to be used for packaging the foodstuff must be tear-proof and resistant to cold, humidity, dour, oils and acids.
Foodstuff to be frozen should not be allowed to come in contact with the previously frozen items to prevent their partial thawing. Thawed out food must be consumed and must not be frozen again.

Recommendations for the fresh food compartment
*optional Do not allow the food to touch the temperature sensor in fresh food compartment. To allow the fresh food compartment keep its ideal storage temperature, sensor must not be hindered by food. Do not place hot foods in the produ
Harvest Fresh
Fruits and vegetables stored in crispers illuminated with the HarvestFresh technology preserve their vitamin content (vitamin A and C) for a longer time thanks to the blue, green, red lights and dark cycles, which simulate a day cycle.
If you open the door of the refrigerator during the dark period of the HarvestFresh technology, the refrigerator will automatically detect this and enable the blue, green or red light to illuminate the crisper for your convenience. After you have closed the door of the refrigerator, the dark period will continue, representing the night time in a day cycle. ct.

CLEANING AND CARE
1. We recommend that you switch off the appliance at the socket outlet and pull out the mains plug before cleaning.
2. Never use any sharp instruments or abrasive substances, soap, household cleaner, detergent or wax polish for cleaning.

16

DO'S AND DON'TS
Do- Clean and defrost your appliance regularly (See "Cleaning and Care"). Do- Keep raw meat and poultry below cooked food and dairy products. Do- Take off any unusable leaves on vegetables and wipe off any soil. Do- Leave lettuce, cabbage, parsley and cauliflower on the stem. Do- Wrap cheese firstly in greaseproof paper and then in a polythene bag, excluding as
much air as possible. For best results, take out of the fridge compartment an hour before eating. Do- Wrap raw meat and poultry loosely in polythene or aluminium foil. This prevents drying. Do- Wrap fish and offal in polythene bags. Do- Wrap food with a strong odour or which may dry out, in polythene bags, or aluminium foil or place in airtight container. Do- Wrap bread well to keep it fresh. Do- Chill white wines, beer, lager and mineral water before serving. Do- Check contents of the freezer every so often. Do- Keep food for as short a time as possible and adhere to "Best Before" and "Use by" etc. dates. Do- Store commercially frozen food in accordance with the instructions given on the packets. Do- Always choose high quality fresh food and be sure it is thoroughly clean before you freeze it. Do- Prepare fresh food for freezing in small portions to ensure rapid freezing. Do- Wrap all food in aluminium foil or freezer quality polythene bags and make sure any air is excluded. Do- Wrap frozen food immediately after purchasing and put it in to the freezer as soon as possible. Do- Defrost food in the fridge compartment. Do- Remove ice cream from the freezer 10-20 minutes before serving.
17

DO'S AND DON'TS
Don't-Store bananas in your fridge compartment. Don't-Store melon in your fridge. It can be chilled for short periods as long as it is
wrapped to prevent it flavouring other food. Don't-Cover the shelves with any protective materials which may obstruct air
circulation. Don't-Store poisonous or any dangerous substances in your appliance. It has been
designed for the storage of edible foodstuffs only. Don't-Consume food which has been stored for an excessive length of time. Don't-Store cooked and fresh food together in the same container. They should be
packaged and stored separately. Don't-Let defrosting food or food juices drip onto food. Don't-Leave the door open for long periods, as this will make the appliance more
costly to run and cause excessive ice formation. Don't-Use sharp edged objects such as knives or forks to remove the ice. Don't-Put hot food into the appliance. Let it cool down first. Don't-Put liquid-filled bottles or sealed cans containing carbonated liquids into the
freezer, as they may burst. Don't-Exceed the maximum freezing loads (4 kg in any 24 hours) when freezing fresh
food. Don't-Give children ice-cream and water ices direct from the freezer. The low
temperature may cause 'freezer burns' on lips. Don't-Freeze fizzy drinks. Don't-Try to keep frozen food which has thawed; it should be eaten within 24 hours or
cooked and refrozen. Don't-Remove items from the freezer with wet hands. Don't- Close the freezer door before placing the compartment cover in its place. Don't- Leave frozen food at room temperature to thaw; the best way to defrost food is
to put it in the fridge to thaw slowly. Make sure you avoid defrosting food or food juices drip onto other food.

The product must be correctly installed, located and operated in accordance with the instructions contained in the User Instructions Booklet provided with your product. 4. Professional installation by a qualified Electrical Domestic Appliance Installer is recommended for all Washing Machines, Dishwashers and Electric Cookers (as incorrect installation may result in you having to pay for the cost of repairing the product). 5. The Manufacturer reserves the right to terminate the guarantee if its staff or representatives are subjected to physical or verbal abuse in the course of carrying out their duties. 11. Where a replacement is offered, this would normally be an identical model but when this is not possible, a model of similar specification will be provided. The Manufacturer will cover the costs and arrange for the delivery of the new product and for the return of the old product. Any costs related to disconnecting the faulty product and installing the replacement product will not be borne by the Manufacturer unless previously agreed to in writing. The original guarantee will continue to apply to the replacement product; the new product will not come with a new guarantee. When will the repair take place? Our Engineers work Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Appointments outside these hours may be possible at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer but cannot be guaranteed. Whilst our Engineers will endeavour to minimize inconvenience and to meet requests for specific timed appointments, this cannot be guaranteed. We will not be liable for delays or if it is unable to carry out a repair because a convenient appointment cannot be arranged.
