HOMEPAGE
From the homepage you can access all of the interface functions including the side menu, cockpit, and social features. Displayed in the middle of the screen is the currently connected bike, below shows your bluetooth connection status. To disable the bluetooth connection, press the button to the right of the Bluetooth status; the button will turn from blue to grey when the bluetooth connection is disabled. Press the "i" icon to display e-Bike info. Press the "wrench" icon to show diagnostics or to contact customer service to report a problem with your e-Bike. Press the "certificate" icon at the bottom right of the screen to display battery info.

E-BIKE INFO
This page will display your currently connected e-Bike and allow you to enable or disable the link between your ESB account and Facebook or Twitter; simply press on the Facebook or Twitter icon which will change in color to blue when linked. Make sure to install the Facebook and Twitter app on your phone to link with ESB. Swipe the screen to the left to show the details of your connected e-Bike. To share your e-Bike, press "Share" at the bottom of the screen.

DIAGNOSTICS
The first diagnostic page displays the connected battery state of charge percentage and voltage in real time. Estimated battery range is shown below; this value is calculated in real time and you must ride for at least five minutes for it to calibrate. Swipe the screen to the left to view battery health and the total number of complete charge cycles. Press "Report" at the bottom of the screen to contact e-Bike customer service to report a problem with your e-Bike.

DIAGNOSTICS CONT.
Swipe the screen to the left to display GPS, GSM/GPRS, and Alarm sensor status (currently only available on the Conveyor model). Finally, swipe the screen to the left once more to display the connected e-Bike model, battery model, bluetooth name, and firmware version. Press "Report" at the bottom of the screen to contact e-Bike customer service to report a problem with your e-Bike.

DIAGNOSTICS: REPORT
After pressing "Report", a "New Report" page will pop up with multiple options; press the option that best describes your problem. If none of the predetermined options apply, select "Others". Once an option is selected, a new page will pop up where you can describe the problem in detail; finally press send to contact e-Bike customer service.

BATTERY INFO
Press the "certificate" icon at the bottom right of the screen to display battery info. This page will show the battery installation date, warranty expiration date, and the number of opened diagnostic tickets.

COCKPIT / MAPS
This page shows your current speed, bluetooth connection status, estimated battery range, and allows you to record your ride. Estimated battery range will be calculated after approximately 5 minutes of riding. To view your location on a map, press on "Maps" towards the bottom left of the screen; to switch back to the cockpit, press "Cockpit" towards the bottom right of the screen. To record your ride, press the "record" icon at the bottom of the screen.

NAVIGATOR
To access the navigator function from the cockpit or maps page, press the arrow in the top right corner of the screen, type your desired destination in the search field and press return. Once you see your desired destination appear below, select it by pressing and a route overview will appear.

NAVIGATOR CONT.
Once a destination is selected, you can choose between the fastest, shortest, and quietest routes. To start the navigation, press "Start" at the bottom of the screen; battery range will display after you ride for approximately five minutes. To mute audible directions, press on the "speaker" icon. If you would like to exit the navigator, press on the "X" in the bottom right corner of the screen then select "Yes" to confirm.

SOCIAL
This page displays your social feed including your posts and posts from app users you are following. You can also like a post by pressing on the "heart" icon or comment by pressing on the "comment bubble" at the bottom of each post. To search for ESB app users, press the "magnifying glass" icon at the top right of the screen. If you are connected to your Facebook account, you can search for your friends and follow them on the ESB app.

SIDE MENU
To access the side menu, press the three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the screen. This menu will allow you to navigate through the different pages of the app.

SELECT E-BIKE
This page shows the current connected e-Bike and allows you to switch between other e-Bikes associated with your account. To switch e-Bikes, swipe the screen left or right until the desired e-Bike is shown, then press the "Set as current" button at the bottom left of the screen. To add an e-Bike, press the "Add e-Bike" button at the bottom right of the screen.

ADD E-BIKE
This page allows you to add a new e-Bike. To add an e-Bike, make sure to power on the battery and press the "Search" button at the bottom of the screen.

ADD E-BIKE CONT.
All e-Bikes in your proximity will appear at the bottom of the screen; you will want to be as close to the bike as possible. Your bike will be the connection with the lowest -dB signal; in this case the first connection with a -47dB signal is the correct bike. Press on the desired connection code to connect with the bike; once connected successfully, select the bike model, shop, and purchase date. Press "NEXT" at the bottom of the screen to continue registration, confirm account info and then press "FINISH" at the bottom of the screen.

PROFILE / INFO
This page displays your profile picture, currently connected bike, saved routes, and statistics of your rides. To add or change your profile picture, press on the image inside the circle, then you can choose to take a picture or use one from your picture galley. To edit your profile, press on the pencil icon in the upper right corner; this will allow you to edit all of the information entered during account registration. Press the Social icon to view your social posts along with app users you are following and followers.

FOLLOWING / FOLLOWERS
These pages allow you to see app users that you are following and app users that follow you. You have the ability to search for users you are following or followers by typing in the search field. To unfollow an app user, press on the red "X" just to the right of the user's name, then press "Yes" to confirm or "No" to cancel.

ROUTES
This page displays routes that you have saved.

This page shows all notifications within the ESB app. Press on Social or Ticket notifications to open up another page with more detail.

APP INFO
This page allows you to access the Terms And Conditions, Privacy Policy, as well as an App tutorial. The tutorial shows a brief overview of features including support and e-Bike diagnosis, navigation system and real reach. Real reach shows you on the map your real time estimated riding range based off either single or round trips.

SETTINGS
This page allows you to view and change route settings, push notifications, crash detection (currently only available on the Conveyor model), account settings, and app info. Press "Route settings" to switch between miles and kilometers.

SETTINGS CONT.
Press "Push notification" to change push notification settings for new messages and battery status. Press "Crash Detection" (currently only available on the Conveyor model) to adjust settings for the crash detection system. You can adjust the countdown time after a crash between 30 and 60 seconds. Press "Alert Message" to customize the message sent in case of a crash. Press "Alert Contacts" to view and add contacts that will receive a message in case of a crash. Press "Received Requests" to display a list of users that will contact you in case of a crash.

SETTINGS CONT.
Press "Account Settings" to change your password, set your profile to private, link your ESB account with your Facebook or Twitter account, and to delete your ESB account. If you delete your account or if your do not login at least once in 24 months, your personal data will be deleted permanently. You will have 7 days to cancel the account elimination request.
