The New Jersey Skin Care Specialist Theory Examination is the licensure examination for Skin Care Specialists, which is developed by the National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology (NIC). The time allowed for the New Jersey Skin Care Specialist Theory Examination is 120 minutes.
