TECHNICAL DATA CONCROBIUM� MOLD STAIN ERASER CRM-04 DESCRIPTION AND USES Concrobium� Mold Stain EraserTM is a powerhouse solution that targets and removes the toughest, most stubborn mold stains with no scrubbing. Just mix the powder with water and spray on moldy surfaces to eliminate stains as if they never existed. For use on indoor and outdoor surfaces such as wood*, composite wood, concrete, masonry, drywall, stone, grout, fiberglass, plastic, laminate, vinyl, canvas and fabric. Use indoors to remove stubborn stains left by mold in attics, basements, crawlspaces, bathrooms, laundry rooms, closets and garages. Great for mold stained joists, rafters, baseboards, ceilings, walls, foundations, window sills, cabinets and furniture. Works on both painted and unpainted surfaces. Use outdoors on decks, patios, fences, walkways, railings, siding, shingles, outdoor furniture, awnings, umbrellas, boats, RVs and tents. *May darken unfinished redwood species. Jar PRODUCT APPLICATION READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING PROJECT SURFACE PREPARATION INDOORS: Indoor mold results from excess moisture (high humidity, condensation, leaks and floods). It is recommended to address the water source and remove any dirt or debris to expose the mold stains on the surface. OUTDOORS: Pre-clean surfaces with an outdoor cleaner to remove surface dirt and grime. For best results remove old stains, finishes or sealants to expose underlying mold stains. Apply on a dry surface out of direct sunlight. Do not apply if rain is expected within 3 hours. Hose down surrounding plants and grass with water before and after application if overspray is a risk. Desired results may be reduced if product is applied in temperatures below 50�F (10�C). PRODUCT APPLICATION (cont.) APPLICATION Test on an inconspicuous section before using. IMPORTANT: This product creates vapor pressure as it is mixed with water. DO NOT SEAL CONTAINER while mixing. Product has an odor. Mix in a well ventilated area. MIXING CHART Mold Stain Eraser + Hot Water 22.9 oz. jar + 1 gallon of water 1 1/2 cups of powder + 8 cups of water 3/4 cup powder + 4 cups of water 3.5 oz. packet + 2 1/3 cups of water 1/4 cup of powder + 1 1/4 cup water Surface Area 250-300 sq. ft. 125-150 sq. ft. 60-75 sq. ft. 25-50 sq. ft. Up to 25 sq. ft. 1. Add entire contents of 22.9 Oz. jar to 1 gallon (3.78L) of hot water in a bucket or an open mixing vessel (for smaller jobs see mixing chart). 2. Stir solution with a mixing stick until dissolved. This may take several minutes. Product may foam. 3. Once dissolved, WAIT AT LEAST 10 MINUTES before application to allow solution to reach maximum cleaning power. During this time stir periodically to keep powder dissolved. Do not seal container during this phase of product preparation. 4. Apply by pump or garden sprayer, spray bottle, cloth, sponge, or mop to target area. If applying with a sprayer, use a minimum 2 gallon vented sprayer. Avoid transferring foam from mixing vessel. Product must be applied within 1 hour (from the time powder has dissolved) to ensure optimal product performance. Do not rinse. Allow product to sit on surface for a minimum of 2 hours. May take up to 24 hours to see full results. NOTE: Treated surfaces will typically be free of mold staining after a single application, but in cases of severe or embedded mold staining, multiple applications or light agitation may be required.
