Console Operation
Startup:
- Plug in the power cable.
- Switch the circuit breaker to the 'I' position.
- Position yourself on the treadmill foot rails.
- Attach the safety key clip to your clothing.
- Insert the safety key into the console slot.
- The screen will light up and display 'GO'.
Console Buttons:
- INCLINE +/-: Adjusts incline in 0.5% increments.
- SPEED +/-: Adjusts speed in 0.1 km/h increments (0.5 km/h with long press).
- START/PAUSE: Starts and pauses the workout.

Aerobic Exercise for Weight Loss (35-60 min): Moderate intensity, regular sessions (3+ times/week) combined with a balanced diet.
Improving Endurance (20-40 min): Sustained effort at a steady pace to strengthen the heart and improve respiratory health.
Cool Down: After each session, walk at a slow pace to allow the body to recover. This helps cardiovascular and respiratory systems, circulation, and muscles return to normal, reducing muscle soreness.
Stretching: Perform stretching exercises after each session to relax muscles and aid recovery.
Folding, Unfolding, and Moving
Folding: Follow the diagrams to fold the treadmill for storage.
Unfolding: Reverse the folding process to unfold the treadmill.
Moving: Use the transport wheels to move the treadmill. Ensure it is stable before use.
