Greeting Messages
Hold your nTAG up to the nTAG of the person you are
meeting. The two nTAGs will connect. Read the screen
on the other person’s nTAG – it has a message for you.
Tip: tilt your nTAG so the other person can read your
screen.
Navigation
Use the scroll buttons, , to go up and
down. Click to select an item, , to
return to the previous screen. (On screens
with a menu link, click once to highlight
the menu and a second time to go back)
Pick
On the back of
your nTAG is a
pick – use it on
the touch-screen
like a stylus.
Menu
When you see the “Menu” link in
the upper right, that screen has a
control menu. Highlight this link,
then click to open the menu.
Or you can tap it with the pick.

Point your nTAGs at each
other. Click the top button
on both tags at the same
time. Hold until you see a
message on the other
person’s nTAG confirming
the exchange.
Your Personal “my.nTAG” Web Page
You will receive all the business cards you
collect along with a trip report at your secure
my.nTAG web page. You will receive an email
with the log-in information as soon as the event
is over. You can also find the log-in information
on your nTAG under “About Me.”

Your nTAG: The Basics
Electronic Card Exchange
At this event, personally-identifiable data about you collected by the nTAG System will be
accessible to others, including the event organizer, only in the following ways:
1. Other participants will receive your contact information at a protected website if you send it to
them.
2. Other participants will be able to see selected profile data about you on the nTAG devices and at
a protected website.
3. Data related to awards or rankings may be used in presentations, displays or reports.
4. Your session attendance will be reported to the event organizer.
5. Your responses to profile questions will be reported to the event organizer.
6. Your responses to XXX surveys will be reported to YYY.
All other data about your collected by the nTAG System are anonymous and will be reported only in
aggregate. nTAG’s Privacy Policy is available at www.ntag.com.
