FOR YOUR SAFETY
For your safety and proper use of the mobile phone, please read the
following guidelines carefully: Do not switch the mobile phone on when close
to chemical factory, gas station or other explosive objects.

During driving, please use headset for safety purpose; unless
otherwise in emergency, always stop the car on roadside to have a call
conversation.

Because the use of the mobile phone can cause interference in the
aircraft, never use the mobile phone in aircraft. The use of the mobile
phone is dangerous and illegal; do switch off the mobile phone before
boarding.

Pay special attention to the use of the mobile phone near heart
pacemaker, deaf‐aid and some other medical equipment. Because the
mobile phone can cause interference with them.

None‐original factory’s accessories and parts will lose guarantee.

Do not dismantle the mobile phone without permission. In case of
failure, please contact the supplier as soon as possible.

Do not plug the charger into the mobile phone and charge without
battery. Always power off the mobile phone when taking out the battery;
otherwise the memory of the phone may be damaged.

When charging the mobile phone, always keep it in the place with
good ventilation, heat sink and away from flammable and explosive
objects.

In order to avoid demagnetization, always keep the mobile phone
away from magnetic objects such as CD, credit card etc.

Ensure the mobile phone not to contact any liquid; once such case
occurs, remove the battery and contact the supplier immediately.

Do not use the mobile phone in the environment at too high or
too low temperature, never expose the mobile phone under strong
sunshine or too wet environment. The suitable temperature for the
phone and accessories is 0℃‐40℃. The height to use the phone shall be
less than 2,000m.

Do not use liquid or wet cloth with strong cleanser to clean the
mobile phone.

This mobile phone has shooting, video and audio recording
functions, which shall be used as per the related laws and regulations.

Always keep the mobile phone out of children’s reach. Do not
throw or vibrate the mobile phone because violent treatment to the
mobile phone may damage the inner circuits and precise structures.
 Please do not discard the waste battery into general household
garbage. Please deal with the waste battery according to provisions
where they are definitely made.

a. Use the call key to execute the functions
indicated at the right of the prompt bar on the
screen.

GETTING STARTED
Please switch off your phone before inserting or removing the battery/SIM
card or memory card.
Installing SIM Card and Battery





Hold the phone with the front facing downwards; pull the battery
cover
Remove the back cover of the phone
Insert the SIM card in the slot.
Attach the battery.
Push the battery cover until it clicks into place.
Installing Memory Card





Switch off your phone.
Remove the battery cover.
Slide the MicroSD card into the slot.
Attach the battery.
Push the battery cover until it clicks into place.
Switch On/Off the Phone
To turn on/off the phone, press and hold the End/Power key.
Automatic Customer Registration
After 4 hours of usage a SMS from the phone will be sent automatically for
the customer registration.
Note: standard SMS charges apply.
BASIC OPERATIONS
To Make Calls
The icons
on the screen, signifies that you have full signal strength and
hence you can easily make or receive calls.
In order to make a call:
 Input the phone number (should affix the international/national/regional
code or district code if necessary) and then press dial key.
 Press Call Key to dial a phone number listed in the recent call log in the
standby mode.
 Press and hold numeric keys (2)‐(9) to dial the speed dial number
assigned to the numeric keys.
 You can select a contact number from the phonebook and call the contact
person.
Tip: The signal strength may influence the quality of connection.
Answer/Reject an Incoming Call
 Press Call Key to receive the incoming call.
 Press End Key to reject an incoming call.
Options During a Call
Press  to Hold Single Call, End Single Call, New Call, access
Phonebook, access Call History, access Messages, Sound recorder, Mute the
call, open or close the DTMF function during the call.
MAIN MENU
Tap main menu icon in the idle mode to access the main menu. Press the
Navigation Keys Up/Down/Left/Right to choose the desired operation and
press Ok to enter the selected operation.
CALL REGISTER
This sub‐menu lets you view the call details i.e. the missed, received and
dialled call logs. Scroll the Up/Down keys to select a call and then select view
to see the details. Press options to perform the operations, such as call, send
message, delete etc.
Call history
All calls: you can check and view all the call logs.
Missed calls: you can check and view the missed calls.
Dialed calls: you can check and view the dialed calls.
Received calls: you can check and view the received calls.
Note: The actual call duration and service time in the bill of the service
provider may be different from them, which depends on the network
functions, accounting rounding and tax etc.
Call Settings
 Call Waiting: Activate, the network will notify you of a new incoming call
while you have a call in progress (Net work Service).
 Call Divert: This network service allows you to divert your incoming calls
to anther number. For details, contact your service provider.

 Call barring: > Activate, this network service allows you to restrict
incoming calls from your phone. For details, contact your service provider.
 Line switching: Line 1 or Line 2.
Furthermore, you can set Call time reminder, Auto redial, Auto quick end and
Answer mode.
PHONEBOOK
Tap main menu icon in the standby mode and then select Phonebook. Or in
standby mode, select Phonebook icon. The device can store 300 numbers.
Add New Contact




Go to main Menu and select phonebook
Select Add new phonebook
Select the storage (SIM card or Phone)
Add the required details i.e number and contact name
GAMES
The device offers you an embodied game, Magic Sushi. If you want to know
how to play game, please refer to “Help”.

Pen calibration
Click anywhere on the screen to start calibrate.

User profiles
The phone provides seven pre‐defined user profiles that allow the operations
of the phone to best suit the environment you are in. The profiles are
General, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor and My style. The phone will
automatically enter the headset profile if you connect the headset to your
phone.
Alert Type:

 Ring Only: Just ringing, no vibration.
 Vib. Only: Just Vibrating, no ringing.
 Vib. and Ring: Ringing and vibration.
 Vib.then Ring: Ring after vibration.

Ring Type:
 Beep once: Beep once when there’s an incoming call.
 Repeat: Rings continuously when there’s an incoming call.
 Ascending: Rings continuously and the volume increases gradually.
Furthermore, you can set the Incoming Call, Ring volume, Message, Message
volume, Keypad, Keypad volume, Power on/off and system alert as per your
choice.
Phone Settings

Date and time: With this function, you can set the date and time here.

Schedule power on/off: To set the time, schedule power on/off.

Language: Your device supports English and Spanish.

Pref. Input method: you can set ABC, abc, ES, es, Numeric as your prior
language.

Display: With this function you can configure the basic status of display

Security settings
SIM Security

PIN Lock: You can set SIM lock (PIN code) as on/off. When this option is
chosen, it is necessary to input PIN code for every insert of the SIM card.

Change PIN: you should contact with the SIM networking operator to get
the PIN code firstly and then you can change the SIM password.

Phone security
Phone lock: To activate it, you should input phone password 0000. While you
power on the device next time, you may be asked for input the password.
Change password: The old password is 0000, you can change the password
here.
Auto keypad lock: The mobile phone has screen lock function. When it lasts
certain time, the screen will be locked, including such options as Off, 5s, 30s,
1min and 5min.
Connectivity
Bluetooth
You can use the BT to transfer data and files by pairing with other device.
Data account
GPRS—You can set the name, APN, user name, password, Auth. type, DNS.
Note: For related charging standard and detailed settings, please consult the
local network service operator. Different network service providers provide
different services. Consult the local network operator.
Restore Factory Settings
Access Settings to select Restore Factory Settings, and press OK. All settings
can be restored to factory settings with this function. The default password is
0000.
BROWSER
This menu gives you a good experience of surfing internet. You can enjoy it
after you have GPRS/WAP.

MESSAGES
Your phone features, sending and receiving of SMS (Short Message Service)
or MMS (Multimedia Message Service). A SMS is a text message that can only
contain letters, numbers and symbols. A MMS is a multimedia message that
can contain not only the letters, numbers and symbols but also videos,
pictures, etc. To create a message, select Write Message option. Inbox sub‐
menu enables you to view all the messages received. All the messages that
are sent successfully from SIM card get stored in the Sent Messages folder.
Tap main menu > Messages , do as follows:

Write Message: You can write MMS/SMS and then send out
through SIM card

Inbox: You can see the MMS/SMS in the inbox.

Drafts: you can store the unsent and prominent messages here.

Outbox: While failing to send SMS/MMS, the messages will be
saved here by default.

Sent messages: The message have been sent out, which will be
saved here.

Delete messages: Refer to the phone to delete the message of
Inbox, Drafts, Outbox, Sent message and All messages.

Broadcast message: Cell broadcast is a kind of information service
such as weather report, traffic etc that the network operator sends to the
GSM users within certain area.

Templates: you can pre‐edit some common phrases, which is
convenient for quick SMS editing.

Message settings: you can set or view information of
text/multimedia/service message here.
SIM TOOLKIT
STK service is the tool kit of SIM card. This phone supports the service
function .The specific items are depended by SIM card and network.
IDEAS
Ideas gives you various marvelous enjoyment such as Portal Movil, Mi Telcel,
iPromociones,
MSNGR,
Plugger,
iDeportes
and
iVideo.
Enter
the
entertainment interface, you should ensure you have GPRS/WAP. Please
contact the local networking provider for more details.
MEDIA
This menu is specifically designed for the entertainment purpose of the user.
To enter this menu, go to the main menu and select Multimedia. The various
multimedia features provided by your device includes File manager, Image
viewer, Video recorder, Video player, Sound recorder and FM radio.
File manager
You can browse, open and manage the data saved in the Phone and micro SD
card by accessing the File Manager sub‐menu. The phone provides a certain
space for users to manage files and supports the micro SD card.

Image viewer
Pictures taken can be accessed quickly through Image Viewer. Go to Menu >
Media > image viewer. All the images available in the storage selected by
you are displayed.
Video Recorder
In standby mode, select Menu > Media > Video Recorder to launch the video
recorder and shoot your videos.
Click the center key to start recording.
Video Player
Select a video clip and press OK key to open it. Press OK key to play the video
clip.
Audio Player
Audio Player allows you to play audio files. Please save your audio files in the
My Music folder of the MicroSD card. To enjoy music by taping to enter this
menu.
Sound Recorder
The mobile phone supports 2 recording formats: WAV and AMR. You can
record conversations, which may be saved to the Audio folder under File
Manager.
FM Radio
You can use your phone to listen to FM radio stations.
TV

Your mobile phone is provided you for television. You can watch TV by
searching the channels. While watching TV, you can dial or receive a call
normally. During call conversation, the TV will turn mute automatically.
TOOLS
The organizer menu gives you access to a number of additional features
including Alarm, Calendar, World clock, Calculator and Unit converter.
Calendar
Access this submenu, you can view the calendar.
Alarm
Your device gives you 5 clocks to wake you up or remind you of prominent
appointment.
World Clock
Press the left and right direction keys to view the current time of every
country corresponding to every time zone.
Calculator
You can make some simple calculation.
Unit converter
Choose the function as the phone guide to convert the unit.
CAMERA

The phone is provided with a Camera, which supports the photographing and
video shooting functions. Pictures/Videos are saved in the file system of the
phone or MicroSD card.
Use of USB
Notices before use


Always connect and stop USB device correctly.
Never use Windows formatting command to format the mobile
disk of the mobile phone; otherwise, it will be damaged severely.

USB work environment:
Windows2000 / XP.
For other operation systems, the connection between
PC and the mobile phone cannot be conducted unless USB driver is
installed.

Please dispose of your battery properly.
Do not disassemble or short‐circuit the battery.
Keep the battery’s metal contacts clean.
Recharge the battery after long periods of non‐use to maximize
battery life.
Battery life will vary due to usage patterns and environmental
conditions.
The self‐protection function of the battery cuts the power of the
phone when its operation is in an abnormal status. In this case, remove
the battery from the phone, reinsert it, and turn the phone on.
General Notice
Using a damaged battery or placing a battery in your mouth may
cause serious injury.
Do not place items containing magnetic components such as a
credit card, phone card, bank book, or subway ticket near your phone.
The magnetism of the phone may damage the data stored in the
magnetic strip.
Talking on your phone for long period of time may reduce call
quality due to heat generated during use.
When the phone is not used for a long period time, store it in a
safe place with the power cord unplugged.
Using the phone in proximity to receiving equipment (i.e. TV or
Radio) may cause interference to the phone.
Do not immerse your phone in water. If this happens, remove the
battery and take it to Authorized Service Center.
Do not paint your phone.
The data saved in your phone might be deleted due to careless
use, repair of the phone, or upgrade of the software. Please backup
your important phone numbers. (Ring tones, text messages, voice

messages, picture, and videos could also be deleted.) The manufacturer
is not liable for damage due to the loss of data.
Do not turn your phone on or off when the phone is close to your
ear.
RF Exposure Information and Statement
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue.
Device types T65 (FCC ID: ZC4T65) has also been tested against this SAR
limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during
product certification for use at the ear is 0.703 W/kg and when properly
worn on the body is 0.761 W/kg. This device was tested for typical
body‐worn operations with the back of the handset kept 1.5cm from
the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements,
use accessories that maintain a 1.5cm separation distance between the
user's body and the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters
and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its
assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements
may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be
avoided.
