Trouble shooting Problems Solutions Cannot connect successfully please check if the speaker is in standby mode or is it disturbed by other Bluetooth devices, please turn them off if yes. Volume is too low or distorts please check volume setting of the speaker and set it in appropriate level. Music cannot plays consistently please if it is used over working distance, or there are barriers between speaker and music players. Intermittent ticking sound the alarm battery is low, please charge. Pause button do not works please try to control by music players.
