ThisdeviceisanLTEUSBModemoperatingwith3GPPLTEnetworks.Usedwithlaptop
ordesktopcomputers,thedeviceprovidestheuserwithsuperiorperformancefor

BeforeusingtheIPWirelessLTEUSBModem,gentlyinsertUSIMcardintotheslotas
shownonthepreviouspage.
Pleasepayattentiontohowtoplacethecardintheslot.Themetalcontactsonthe
cardshouldfacedownwardsandthecutedgeofthecardwillbevisibleafterinserting
thecardintotheslot‐themodemwillnotworkifthecardisinsertedimproperly.
WARNING!
TheLTEUSBstickcurrentlysupportsthemostpopularminicardformat.Thisisshown
belowbytheredoutline.ThesmallermicroSIM(shownbythewhiteoutline)canbe
supportedalsousingtheadaptorsuppliedwiththeUSIMcard.

ThefirsttimetheIPWirelessLTEUSBModemisconnectedtoyourcomputeritwill
automaticallyinstalltherequireddriversandapplicationsoftware.Onsubsequent
connectionsthisisnotcarriedout.
ConnecttheIPWirelessLTEUSBModemtoaUSBportonyourPC.Ifyoudon’tknow
wheretheUSBportis,justlookfortheUSBportsymbol.
IfAutoPlayisenabledthenthe
folderwillautomatically
appear.

DoubleclickonInstalltostarttheinstallationprocess
IfautoplayisnotenabledthenyouneedtonavigatetothedrivemanuallyinWindows
explorer.ClickontheStartbuttonandthenMyComputer(WindowsXP)orComputer
(WindowsVistaandWindows7).Thendoubleclickonthedrivenamed"IPWirelessLTE
USBModem"andthendoubleclickoninstall

• Followanyrulesandregulationsorpostednoticesthatapplytotheuseof
electronicorradioequipmentinareassuchashospitals,petrolstations,aircraft,
etc.
• BeforeusingtheIPWirelessLTEUSBModemnearapacemakerorsimilardevice,
consultaphysicianorthedevicemanufacturerformoreinformation.
• DonotusetheIPWirelessLTEUSBModemwhenyouneedtopayattentionto
