Hisense LCD/LED TV Limited Warranty
42 inch and under Carry-In Service Only
46 inch and Up On-Site service
The Warranty for Hisense Branded Product (including any accessories in the packaging) as supplied and distributed is
warranted by Hisense Canada Co. Ltd ("Hisense") to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship
(Warranty) as follows:
In Warranty Period: Standard one year warranty parts and labour from the date of purchase listed on the bill of sale to
original purchaser. Warranty cannot be transferred. You must present the Hisense servicer with the bill of sale as the
servicer will require a copy for his claim to Hisense Canada.
Coverage: If your Hisense product is listed as on-site warranty, the in-warranty will cover service up to 100Km radius
from the nearest Hisense authorized service provider. If the product is outside the radius, it will be your responsibility to
bring the TV to the Hisense Authorized Service Center for service.
On-Site Service: On-site service requires clear, complete and easy access to the product by the authorized servicer and
does not include removal or re-installation of an installed product. It is possible that certain on site repairs will not be
completed on-site, but will require that the product or parts of the product, at the servicer's discretion be removed for shop
diagnosis and/or repair and return.

To receive Warranty service, the original purchaser or sales agent must contact Hisense Customer Support for problem
determination and service. Proof of purchase in the form of an original Bill of sale or Invoice must be made
available in order to obtain service.
Exclusions and Limitations: This Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in
the normal use of the Product, and does not cover consumer instruction, delivery, installation, set-up, adjustments, signal
reception problems (including antenna), cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of nature, accident, misuse, abuse,
negligence, commercial use or modification of, or to any part of the Product. In addition, this Warranty does not cover
images imprinted on the screen by leaving still picture for extended time. This Warranty applies to the original purchaser
only and does not cover products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS, or consumables (e.g., fuses, batteries, bulbs etc).
The Warranty is void if the factory-applied model and serial number has been defaced, altered or removed from the
Product. This Warranty is valid only in Canada only and applies to products purchased and serviced in Canada.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY DESCRIBED ABOVE WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY AFTER THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD
STATED ABOVE, AND NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR GUARANTY GIVE BY ANY PERSON, FIRM OR
ENTITY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT SHALL BE BINDING ON HISENSE. THIS WARRANTY IS THE
EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND HISENSE IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY
PROVIDER FOR THE PRODUCT. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS THE EXCLUSIYE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER.
HISENSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE
USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. NOT WITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, CONSUMER'S
RECOVERY AGAINST HISENSE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD BY
HISENSE. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF
THE SAID PRODUCT AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. .

La garantie pour le produit de marque Hisense (y compris les accessoires dans l'emballage) tel que fourni et distribué est offerte
par Hisense Canada Co. Ltée (« Hisense ») à l'acheteur original et couvre les vices de matière et de fabrication (la « garantie »)
comme suit :
Période de garantie : Garantie standard d'un an, pièces et main-d'oeuvre, à compter de la date d'achat inscrite sur la facture
de l'acheteur original. La garantie ne peut pas être transférée. Vous devez présenter votre acte de vente au préposé de
service puisqu'il aura besoin d'une copie pour sa réclamation auprès de Hisense Canada.
Couverture : Si votre produit Hisense peut faire l'objet d'un service sur place, la garantie couvrira le service par le fournisseur
de service Hisense agréé le plus près, dans un rayon de 100 km. Si le produit se trouve à l'extérieur de ce rayon, il vous en
reviendra de retourner le téléviseur à un centre de service Hisense agréé pour le faire réparer.
Service sur place : Le service sur place nécessite un accès bien dégagé, complet et facile au produit par le préposé de service
agréé et ne comprend pas le retrait ni la réinstallation d'un produit installé. Certaines réparations pourront ne pas être
effectuées sur place, mais demanderont que le produit ou des parties du produit, à la discrétion du préposé de service, soient
enlevées pour un diagnostic ou une réparation en atelier puis retournées.

Pour obtenir un service au titre de la garantie, l'acheteur original ou le vendeur doit communiquer avec le service à la clientèle
de Hisense pour identifier le problème et le service requis. Une preuve d'achat sous forme d'acte de vente original ou de
facture originale doit être présentée pour obtenir un service.
Exclusions et limites : Cette garantie couvre les vices de matière et de fabrication qui se présentent en cours d'utilisation
normale du produit, et ne couvre pas les instructions au consommateur, la livraison, l'installation, la configuration, les
ajustements, les problèmes de réception de signal (y compris l'antenne), les dommages cosmétiques ou les dommages causés
par les actes de nature, les accidents, la mauvaise utilisation, l'utilisation abusive, la négligence, l'usage commercial ou la
modification du produit ou d'une pièce quelconque du produit. De plus, cette garantie ne couvre pas les images imprimées sur
l'écran suite à l'affichage d'une image fixe pendant une période prolongée. Cette garantie n'est offerte qu'à l'acheteur original et
ne couvre pas les produits vendus TELS QUELS ou AVEC DÉFAUTS, ni les consommables (par ex. : fusibles, piles, ampoules,
etc.). La garantie sera nulle et sans effet si le numéro de modèle et de série appliqués à l'usine a été mutilé, modifié ou éliminé
du produit. Cette garantie n'est valide qu'au Canada et ne s'applique qu'aux produits achetés et réparés au Canada.
