FCC Specic Statement:
“NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable pro-
tection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and
can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions,
may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that inter-
ference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user
is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is
connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.”
General Statements (For all devices):
Warning: Changes or modications to this device not expressly approved by Assa Abloy could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Industry Canada Specic Statements:
Under Industry Canada regulations, this radio transmitter may only operate using an antenna of a
type and maximum (or lesser) gain approved for the transmitter by Industry Canada. To reduce po-
tential radio interference to other users, the antenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the
equivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p.) is not more than that necessary for successful com-
munication.
satisfaisante.
This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to
the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must ac-
cept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
RF Exposure
For Mobile Devices include the following:
“This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled envi-
ronment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm be-
tween the radiator and your body. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in con-
junction with any other antenna or transmitter.”
IC Detachable Antenna Statement:
This radio transmitter Model BLE9052 has been approved by Industry Canada to operate with the antenna
types listed below with the maximum permissible gain and required antenna impedance for each antenna
type indicated. Antenna types not included in this list, having a gain greater than the maximum gain indicated
for that type, are strictly prohibited for use with this device.
The antenna type used on the Px BT LED Sounder board assembly: 52-9052 with antenna 52-4891 is of
type: Dipole
The antenna shall have an impedance of 50 ohms.
The measured GAIN for the antenna to be utilized in the transmitter Model BLE9052 can be found in the
table below:

Factory Conguraon Instrucons:
The assembly 52-9052-0000-000 P 1\2\WI1\IP1 BT shall be programmed at the manufacturing facility
with rmware. The rmware version to be programmed into the unit shall be V5.09, which applies an
adversing rate of 20ms and a RSSI tap sensivity of -55dB.
Field Conguraon Instrucons:
At the customer site, encrypon keys are loaded by a “Mobile Keys” cered technician using an
HID conguraon card. This installaon can be performed on mobile enabled readers only. Once the
“Mobile Keys” have been loaded interface with mobile devices can be achieved.
The HID BLE Conguraon applicaon is currently available on Android OS and provides addional
conguraon that can be used to congure tap sensivity and transmission power. Transmission power
is restricted to a maximum of 0dBm. The HID BLE Conguraon applicaon can be used to upgrade
the BLE devices rmware using the OTA technology. Field rmware upgrades can only be performed
through and HID cered technician that are authorized to use a controlled administraon card.
