NoticeBeforeUsingThankyouforpurchasingtheBluetooth®HeadsetH032.PleasereadthisUser'sManualcompletelybeforeyouusetheHeadset.TheH032hasbeendevelopedusingBluetooth®wirelesstechnologyandiscapableofconnectingwithBluetooth®devicesdesignedwithAudioGateway.PDAs,DesktopsandNotebookcomputerscanbeconnectedandpairedwiththeHeadsetusingaUSBBluetooth®Dongleorbuilt‐inBluetoothcapability(ifapplicable).BeforeusingtheHeadsetpleaseverifyyourBluetooth®device(Phone,PDA)complieswithBluetooth®V1.1/V1.2/V2.0/V2.1/V3.0andsupportstheBluetooth®HeadsetorHands‐freeprofile.

BatteryinformationThedeviceisequippedwithanintegratedlithium‐polymerbattery.Thebatterycannotbereplaced.Donotattempttoremovethebatteryfromthedevicesinceitwoulddamagethedevice.Thefullperformanceofanewbatteryisnotachieveduntilaftertwoorthreecompletecharging‐dischargingcycles.Thebatterycanbechargedanddischargedseveralhundredtimes,butitlosesitscapacityovertime.DisconnecttheH032fromthepowersupplyassoonasthebatteryisfullycharged,overchargingwouldreducetheservicelifeofthebattery.Achargedbatterywillloseitscapacityifitisnotusedonaregularbasis.Important:Ensurethatthebatteryisfullychargedifyoudonotusethedeviceforalongperiodoftime.Toavoidacompletedischargeofthebattery,theH032shouldbechargedatleastevery3months.

ChargingthebatteryTheH032isoperatedwitharechargeablebattery.Chargethebatterycompletelybeforeitsfirstuse.Readthesection"Batteryinformation"beforestartingthechargingprocess.1) ConnectUSBcabletoageneralUSBpowersupplier. 2) Whenthechargerisconnectedtotheheadset,theredindicatorlight
- 6 - willturnon.Chargingthebatteryfullymaytakeupto1‐2hours. 3) Whenthebatteryisfullycharged,theredindicatorlightwillturnblue.Disconnectthechargerfromtheheadsetandtheoutlet.Theheadsetisreadytouse.NOTE:‐Forfirsttimeuse,pleasechargetheheadsetfully.‐Thefullychargedbatteryhaspowerforupto4hoursoftalk‐time,andupto90hoursofstandbytime.However,thetalkandstandbytimesmayvarywhenusedwithdifferentmobilephonesorothercompatibleBluetooth®devices,usagesettings,usagestyles,andenvironments.Whenthebatterypowerislow,theheadsetwillremindyoubya"Beep"toneevery20seconds,andtheredindicatorlightstartstoflash.6. PairtoyourBluetooth®phoneBeforeyouuseyourheadsetthefirsttime,youmustpairtheunitwithaBluetooth®enabledmobilephone.Pairingisaone‐timeprocessandrequiredonlyforthefirstconnectionwiththecellphone.TheH032canbeconnectedsimultaneouslywithtwocellphones.1) KeeptheH032withinrangeofaBluetooth®‐readycellphone;the
- 7 -distanceshouldnotexceedameter.2) HoldtheAnswerbuttonforapprox.5secondsuntilyouhearashort‐lowsignaltoneandtheindicatorlightintermittentlyflashesredandblue.Thedeviceisinpairingmode.Pairingmodeshouldengageautomaticallyuponthefirsttimeturningontheheadset.3) FindtheBluetooth®settingofyourcellphoneandstartthesearchforBluetooth®devices.(Forfurtherdetails,pleasereadtheoperatinginstructionsofyourcellphone).4) Fromthelistofdevicesfound,selectthe"H032".5) Ifrequired,enterthePINcode"0000"andconfirmtheentry.Ifthepairingprocesswassuccessful,youwillhearasignaltoneandtheindicatorlightsbluefor3seconds.(Note:ThePINcodeispreprogrammedandcannotbechanged.)6) Afterpairing,theH032automaticallyconnectswiththecellphone.Forsomecellphones,youhavetomanuallyconfirmtheconnection.Oncepaired,theheadsetwillchangetostandbymodeandtheindicatorlightwillflashblue2timesevery5seconds.NOTE:
- 8 - Ifpairingisnotcompletedwithin2minutes,theheadsetwillturnoff.Ifthishappens,repeatthepairingprocess.7. Multi‐connectionfunctionTheMulti‐connectionfunctionallowsforthesimultaneoususeoftheH032withtwocellphones.Thisisanadvantageforuserswithapersonalandabusinesscellphone.EstablishingaconnectionwithtwocellphonesThereareseveraloptionsofconnectingtheH032withalreadypairedcellphones.1) AutomaticconnectionWhenturningontheH032,aconnectionisautomaticallyestablishedwiththetwomostrecentlyconnectedcellphones.2) EstablishingaconnectionviatheH032TomanuallyestablishaconnectionbetweentheH032andthetwomostrecentlyconnectedcellphones,presstheAnswerbutton.TheH032firstconnectsitselfwiththemostrecentlyconnectedcellphone.Thenitconnectsitselfwiththenextmostrecentlyconnectedone.
- 9 -3) EstablishingaconnectionviathecellphoneIfthecellphoneisnotoneofthetwomostrecentlyconnectedcellphoneswiththeH032,youhavetoestablishtheconnectionviatheBluetooth®menuofthecellphone.Aftersuccessfulconnection,youcanestablishanotherconnectionwithasecondcellphone.Thisallowsyoutodeterminethesequenceofconnections.IftwocellphonesareconnectedwiththeH032,thecellphoneconnectedfirstisthefirstdeviceandtheotheronetheseconddevice.Anotherconnectioncanbeestablishedonlyafterfirstdisconnectingoneofthetwocellphones.Thecellphonethatisstillconnectedafterwardsbecomesthefirstdeviceinthesequence.NOTE:Voicedialingisavailableonlyforthefirstdeviceandtheoperationforredialingthelastnumberdiffersforthefirstandtheseconddevice.TheotherfunctionsareexecutedthesamewayusingtheH032asaconnectionwithonlyonecellphone.8. Turningheadseton/offTurningonyourheadset
- 10 -PressandholdAnswerbuttonfor3secondsuntilyouhearatonefromlowtohigh.Theheadsetisnowon.TheBlueindicatorlightwillflashblue3times.ConnectingtoaBluetooth®phoneIfyourheadsethascompletedthepairingprocesssuccessfully,whentheheadsetisturnedon,itwillconnecttothephoneyoulastconnectedwithautomatically.Pleaseensureyourphone'sBluetooth®functionisactive.TurningofftheheadsetAtanyworkingstateaftertheheadsetispoweredon,pressandholdAnswerbuttonfor5seconds.Youwillhearatonefromhightolow,andtheRedindicatorlightwillflashred3times.Theheadsethasnowpoweredoff.Note:Toconservepower,iftheheadsetisnotconnectedtoadeviceforapproximately10minutes,theheadsetwillturnoffautomatically.9. WearingyourheadsetAccordingtoyourpreference,youcanweartheheadsetonyourleftorrightear.Theadjustableearhookdesignallowsforacomfortablefit.

UsingtheH032Makingacall1) Usingphone'skeypadInstandbymode,dialthenumberonyourphone'skeypadtomakeacall.2) UseVoice‐DialingInstandbymode,presstheAnswerbuttonshortly,youwillhearashorttonefromtheheadset,andthephonewillpromptyoutosaythevoicetagwhichyouhavealreadyattachedtoyourcontact.Ifthevoicetagisidentifiedbythephone,therelatednumberwillbedialed.Pleaseensurethatyourmobilephonesupportsthisvoicedialingfunction,andvoicetagshavebeensetuponyourmobilephonepriortoattemptingthis.Refertoyourmobilephone'suserguideorcontactyourserviceprovider.Note:thevoicedialingisavailableonlyforthefirstdeviceiftwocellphonesareconnected.3) Lastnumberre‐dialing
- 12 -Instandbymode,doublepresstheAnswerbutton,thelastnumberyoudialedwillbere‐dialed.Note:IftwocellphonesareconnectedwiththeH032,holdtheVolume(‐)buttonfor2secondstodialthelastnumberofthecellphoneconnectedpreviously.AnsweringacallWhenyoureceiveanincomingcall,presstheAnswerbuttonshortlytoanswertheincomingcall;youcanalsoanswerthecalldirectlyfromyourphone.RejectanincomingcallWhenyoureceiveanincomingcall,pressandholdAnswerbuttonfor3secondstorejecttheincomingcall.TransferringacallWhileacallisinprogress,pressandholdVolume(+)for3seconds.Thecallwillbetransferredfromyourphonetoyourheadset.Repeatingtheoperationcantransferthecallfromyourheadsetbacktoyourphone.Endingacall
- 13 -Whileonacall,presstheAnswerbuttonshortlytoendthecall;youcanalsoendthecalldirectlyfromyourphone.Call‐waiting(Three‐WayCalling)BeforeusingtheCall‐Waitingfunctiononyourheadset,pleaseensurethatyourphonesupportsthisHands‐freeprofileandyouhaveaccesstotheservicebyawirelessprovider.‐Ifthereisanincomingcallwhileacallisinprogress,pressAnswerbuttonshortly.Thiswillacceptthewaitingcallandendcurrentcalling.‐Ifthereisanincomingcallwhileacallisinprogress,pressandholdAnswerbuttonfor3secondstoaccepttheincomingcallandplacethecurrentcallonhold.VolumecontrolWhileonacall,youcanadjustthevolumebypressingtheVolume(+)andVolume(‐)buttonoryoucanadjustthevolumedirectlyfromyourphone.MuteWhileacallisinprogresspressandholdVolume(‐)button,for2s,youwillhearatonefromlowtohigh.Theheadset'sMICisnowmuted.Youwillheara
- 14 -remindfultoneevery10seconds,notifyingyouthatyourMICisstillmutedandacallisstillinprogress.Repeattheoperationandyouwillhearthetonefromhightolow.Themutefunctionisnowcanceled.11.
