ww ADDON C10 Quick Guide manual WELCOME TO AUDIO PRO CONNECTED HIFI The Audio Pro Connected HiFi products lets you enjoy wireless multi-room sound that enables you to enjoy your favorite music anywhere and everywhere around your home. By utilizing your existing home network and the Audio Pro app on your iOS or Android™ device, you can explore, browse, and play music from your own music library or from many online streaming music services. In addition to easy wifi connection there is also Bluetooth wireless technology if you don’t have a wireless network. You can also connect your TV, turntable or cd-player by cable to enjoy all your music. The legendary Audio Pro sound quality is included! Your new device has Spotify Connect built in. You need a Spotify premium account to take advantage of Spotify Connect. Spotify Connect lets you control the music playing on your device, using the Spotify app on your mobile, tablet or PC. Listening is seamless. You can take calls, play games, even switch your phone off – all without interrupting the music. CONNECT TO NETWORK You need this: Wireless router with high speed internet connection. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS NETWORK: Your network must have a high-speed Internet connection, as the Audio Pro system is designed to provide you with free, online software updates. PLEASE NOTE: Audio Pro speakers communicates over a 2.4GHz home network supporting 802.11 b/g/n wireless technology. 5GHz networks are not supported in an Audio Pro setup. iOS or Android device connected to your network ROUTER; High-speed DSL/Cable modem, or fiber-to-the-home broadband connection for proper playback of Internet-based music services. There is different performance of different routers. Please use a good wireless router for best performance. PSWRD Have your network password ready. 1. CONNECT TO POWER 2. DOWNLOAD THE AUDIO PRO APP Search for ”Audio Pro Control” Launch app and follow instructions ADDON C10 Start adding speakers 100-240V 50-60Hz TIPS Place speaker close to your router when doing the setup. You can later view signal strength in the app for other placements. OPTION - OPTIONAL Connect to wired network with ethernet cable. Speaker list Change name Adjust Bass/Treble Preset List Set sleeptimer Unit info Check units WiFi connection GROUPING SPEAKERS MAKE A WIFI PRESET Press and hold unit field, and drag onto other field to group. To ungroup, press and hold speaker field and drag below the dotted line. Making a preset lets you access your favourite radio channel or playlist with a touch of a button. You don’t have to have your smartphone or tablet there! 1. ON SPEAKER Play content in app. Push preset button for ca 2 s until sound is heard. Done! NOTE The speaker onto which you release speaker field on becomes Master speaker. Music will play on all speakers in group. Volume can be adjsusted separately. Up to 8 units can be in one group. 2s 2. IN APP PLAYBACK SETTING SWITCH WIFI PLAY Use this setting when playing audio in your wifi network. In the app using the different music services, find and push the speaker icon to make a preset. Tidal INPUT PLAY Use this setting when playing from devices connected by cable, or Bluetooth. Necessary for lip sync when speaker connected to TV. Spotify Tune-in RESTREAMING MUSIC PLAYING SPOTIFY USING SPOTIFY CONNECT Restreaming makes it possible to stream audio connected by cable to one speaker wirelessly to more speakers. Connect a device by cable to RCA or AUX inputs. Make a group of speakers and play content connected to Master speaker. Spotify app launches Choose input as source Play music and tap Available Units at bottom. Select your speaker in device list. Go back to Audio Pro app to manage music. Note: Using Spotify Connect requires a Spotify Premium account. PAIR BLUETOOTH FAQ/TROUBLESHOOTING 1. HOW MANY SPEAKERS CAN BE USED AT ONE TIME? The system can support up to 32 Audio Pro music players/speakers on the network at once. WHAT MUSIC SOURCES IS SUPPORTED? Spotify, Napster, TuneIn, iHeartRadio, TIDAL and we will continue to add more all the time. Deezer, Pandora and Soundcloud is upcoming services. Plus you can enjoy music on your phone or tablet, in your network or NAS and from analog sources connected to Aux or RCA inputs. Note: With Bluetooth you can play any music service. LED flashes CAN I PLAY APPLE MUSIC? Yes, you can. As the speakers have Apple AirPlay® incorporated, just choose your speaker in the Airplay setting on your iOS device. CAN I USE SPEAKERS AS A STEREO PAIR? Yes, all speakers can be set to stereo, left or right. Make a group of two speakers, and set them to Left and Right to make a stereo pair. 2. Device Bluetooth Settings MY SPEAKER WON’T CONNECT TO MY WI-FI NETWORK • Place your speaker closer to your router • Speaker can only connect to 2,4Ghz network • Make sure you connect to your wireless network with the right password • If it’s a really long distance you can use ethernet cable • Restart your Router CAN’T CONNECT WITH BLUETOOTH • Activate Bluetooth on your device, Push the “pair Bluetooth” button on the speakers control panel. Your speaker should be visible within 20 seconds on your device with the products name. push the name to pair the devices. • Place your speaker closer to your Bluetooth device. Maximum distance is around 10 meters. No naked flame sources such as lighted candles etc., should never be placed on the apparatus. 18. Införande av föremål och vätska Inga som helst föremål får införas i produkten genom dess öppningar, eftersom de kan komma i beröring med komponenter som står under farlig spänning eller orsaka kortslutning, vilket kan vålla brand eller elektrisk stöt. Produkten får ej utsättas för vätskedropp eller stänk. Inga vätskefyllda föremål som t ex blomvaser får ställas på utrustningen. Bakkanten av hyllplan eller skiva som ligger närmast ovanför produkten ska dras fram så att det uppstår en glipa på cirka 10 cm till den bakre plattan eller väggen. Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät nie in der Nähe von Wasser (Badezimmer, Schwimmbecken, Ufer). 6. Reinigen sie das Gerät nur mit einem weichen, trockenen, nicht fusselnden Tuch. 7. Nehmen Sie das Gerät nur an den vom Hersteller erlaubten Orten in Betrieb. 9. Mindestabstand um das Gerät für ausreichende Lüftung: 10 cm. 10. Die Lüftung sollte nicht durch Abdecken der Lüftungsöffnungen mit Gegenständen wie beispielsweise Zeitungen, Tischtüchern oder Vorhängen blockiert werden. 11. Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals in der Nähe von starken Wärmequellen wie etwa Heizstrahlern, Öfen und Herden oder anderen Wärme erzeugenden Geräten (z.B. HiFi-Endstufen). 12. Steckdosennähe oder dort, wo es aus dem Gerät kommt. 13. Verwenden Sie bitte nur vom Hersteller zugelassenes bzw. empfohlenes Zubehör. 14. Bei Unwetter oder Gewitter trennen sie das Gerät durch Ziehen des Steckers bitte ganz vom Stromnetz – und auch dann wenn sie es länger nicht benutzen. 15. Das Gehäuse nicht öffnen – die Komponenten im Geräteinneren können und dürfen nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal gewartet und repariert werden. Bei jeglichen Änderungen am Gerät erlischt der Garantieanspruch. Sollte versehentlich Wasser oder ein Metallgegenstand (Büroklammer, Heftklammer, Draht) in das Gehäuse fallen, ziehen Sie bitte sofort den Netzstecker aus der Dose und bringen das Gerät zu einer Vertragswerkstatt. Dasselbe gilt für den Fall, dass das Netzkabel schadhaft sein sollte, Flüssigkeit ins Gehäuse gelangen, das Gerät nass wird oder intensiver Luftfeuchtigkeit ausgesetzt war, bzw. nicht mehr einwandfrei arbeitet oder heruntergefallen ist. 16. Bei Schäden, die eine Reparatur durch Fachkräfte erfordern, trennen Sie das Gerät bitte durch Ziehen des Steckers vollständig vom Netz und wenden sich an den Kundendienst, und zwar stets dann, wenn: A. Das Netzgerät oder das Netzkabel beschädigt sind, B. Flüssigkeit über das Gerät verschüttet wurde oder Gegenstände ins Gerät gefallen sind, C. Das Gerät im Regen stand bzw. Spritzwasser oder starker Luftfeuchtigkeit ausgesetzt war, D. Das Gerät nicht einwandfrei funktioniert, obwohl Sie sich an die Bedienungsanleitung halten (betätigen Sie bitte alle Bedienungselemente nur so, wie in der Bedienungsanleitung angegeben, denn unsachgemäße Handhabung kann teure Reparaturen durch Fachkräfte erfordern), E. Falls das Gerät heruntergefallen ist oder auf sonstige Weise beschädigt wurde und F. Das Gerät nicht mehr die gewohnte Leistung bringt (Empfang, Tonqualität, Bedienung etc.). 17. Fernhalten von Gegenständen und Flüssigkeiten aus dem Geräteinneren Versuchen Sie niemals, mit irgendwelchen Gegenständen durch die Öffnungen des Geräts im Inneren herumzustochern, denn dabei laufen Sie Gefahr, spannungsführende Teile zu berühren oder kurzuschließen, was zu einem lebensgefährlichem Stromschlag führen kann. Nasse oder tropfende Gegenstände bitte vom Gerät fernhalten, ebenso flüssigkeitsgefüllte offene Behälter (Gläser, Blumenvasen), und diese vor allem niemals auf dem Gerät abstellen. Offenes Feuer, beispielsweise Kerzen, darf nicht auf dem Gerät platziert werden. 18. Akkupack Beim Entsorgen des Akkupacks beachten Sie bitte die jeweils gültigen Umweltvorschriften. 19. Bitte achten Sie beim Aufstellen darauf, dass zur Belüftung des Gerätes oben und unten genügend Abstand bleibt: ca. 20 cm oberhalb und an beiden Seiten des Geräts sowie etwa 10 cm auf der Rückseite. Sonst werden die elektronischen und mechanischen Bauteile nicht genügend gekühlt. Sofern das Gerät in einem Schrank oder einem Regal betrieben werden soll, achten Sie bitte auf ausreichende Luftzufuhr und Entlüftung. Dabei sollte die rückwärtige Kante des Regalbretts oberhalb vom Gerät von der Regalrückwand rund 10 cm entfernt sein, damit warme Luft nach oben abziehen kann. 20. Netzteil und Kabel sind nur für den Gebrauch in geschlossenen Räumen und nicht für den Betrieb im Freien geeignet. 21. Verwenden Sie bitte NUR das mitgelieferte Netzteil.
