Note
The calculated forecasts of Home Control may not be accurate and should not be used to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
The forecast accuracy depends on a number of factors including how regular one’s cycle length is, how many periods have
been measured with the app. Anxiety, stress, age and other factors can also afect one’s cycle from month to month.

What will afect WiFi signal?
- The crowded space in your family and the main barrier is from wall. WLAN
adapts wireless microwave frequencies which is close to vertical transmission
and difraction ability is very weak. Therefore ,the WiFi receiving electronic
equipments behind barriers will receive very weak WiFi signal or even no WiFi
signal can be received.
89
- The metal barrier which is not only resist WiFi signal but also absorb electromagnetic
energy. Therefore, the biggest metal barrier in your family is those loors with bar-mat
reinforcement and the WiFi signal from this directionis impossible to penetrate. The
signal will be very weak even though it penetrated.
- The standard working frequency band for IEEE 802.11 b/g is 2.4GHz. However, many
industrial equipments are also working in such frequency band. Such as microwave oven,
Bluetooth equipment, cordless phone, refrigerator and etc.
The WiFi signal will be afected if it’s near to a very strong magnetic ield.
- It may be caused the problems of channel conlict and WiFi signal crosstalk if there are
many WiFi equipments in WiFi environment.
- Those strong signal interference sources which are within 100 meters distance rom WiFi
devices and cable line may also have strong interference on WiFi signal and WiFi
equipments. Such as radio transmitting tower, electric welding machine, electric car, high
voltage power transformer and etc.
- The weather can also afect WiFi signal greatly. The WiFi signal will be very weak in thun
derstorm day or cloudy day. And the WiFi signal can be transmitted farther in sunny day.
How to improve the quality
of WiFi signal transmission?
90
- Please choose a best place for your Wireless AP. And the requirements for this place are
as follows:
a>The place should be a little higher which is good for WiFi signal downward radiates.
This can reduce the blocking from barriers and minimize signal blind area;
b>The position for wireless AP should let its signal to be penetrated wall as less as possible.
And the best positions for AP client and wireless AP are in both of their visual range.
- Please change frequency band to reduce wireless crosstalk. Please note that wireless
frequency band should be away from others’ frequency band more than 5 when you set
wireless signal.
- Please reduce interference from electric appliances in your family to guarantee good
signal. Please keep your wireless AP far away from those above mentioned equipments.
- You can change antennas of wireless AP to enhance wireless signal if the antennas is
removable.

When only use MID by portable meet FCC RF Exposure Information (FCC SAR)
The Device meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio waves.
The device I designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio
frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communication Commission of the U.S. Government.
The exposure standard for wireless mobile devices employs a unit of measurement knows as the
Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6W/Kg. Tests for SAR are
conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the device transmitting
at its highest certificated power level in all tested frequency bands. Although the SAR is
determined at the highest certificated power level, the actual SAR level of the device while
operating can be well below the maximum value. This is because the device is designed to
operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the poser required to reach the network. In
general, the closer you are to a wireless base station antenna, the lower the power output.
The highest SAR value for the device as reported to the FCC when tested for use when worn on
the body, as described in this user guide is 0.885W/Kg for Body and summation is 0.885W/Kg for
Body.
While there may be difference between the SAR values levels of various devices and at various
positions, they all meet the government requirement.
Talpad’s also meet FCC RF Radiation Exposure Statement when end user use together with MID.
This equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled
environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20
centimeters between the radiator and your body.
