AC Power adaptor2221• Donotplaceanyheavyobjectsontopoftheunit.• WhentheunitisusedwithanACpoweradapter,donotwraptheunitinacloth,blanket,etc..Ifyoudoso,thetemperature inside and outside the unit may rise considerably, resulting in malfunctioning of the unit.• Iftheunitisbroughtdirectlyfromacoldtoawarmlocation,orisplacedinaverydamproom,themoisturemay condense on the lens inside the unit. Should this occur, the unit will not operate. In this case, remove the disc and leave the unit in a warm place for several hours until the moisture evaporates.• Fortheunittooperateatitsbest,itshouldnotbesubjecttotemperaturesbelow41°F(5°C)orabove95°F(35°C).POWER SUPPLYUsing AC AdaptorBefore use, make sure that the rated voltage of your unit matches your local voltage.Power Backup During Power Interruption1.  Open the battery compartment door on the bottom of the unit and insert 2AA-batteries(notincluded)intothebatterycompartment.Note:Makesurethatthepositive(+)andnegative(-)terminalsonthebatteryalignwiththe+and-symbolsinthebatterycompartment.2.  Close the battery compartment door.We strongly recommend you install 2 AA-batteries for the power backupfunction. If the AC power supply is interrupted, the battery supplies power to keep the clock operating and the alarm time in memory.To Wall OutletAC Adapter• Duringapoweroutage,thetimeismaintainedbutthe displayturnsotoconserve battery power until electrical power is restored. The alarm will also not function, but the alarm time will be saved in memory. No other features of the clock radio will operate when using backup battery power, this includes the radio which only functions with electrical AC power. • Thisbatteryisonlyforclockoperationandalarmmemoryduringpowerinterruption.Youcannotlistentotheradiowith the battery. When to Replace the BatteryTo check the battery condition, unplug the AC adapter from the wall outlet and plug it in again aer a few minutes. If the displayed time is incorrect, replace the battery with a new one.Caution: To prevent electrical shock do not insert a Polarized plug into any outlet unless all blades can be fully inserted  and are unexposed aer insertion.EN-1 EN-2 EN-3
1.  Press the  (Standby/On)buttontoturntheuniton.2.  Press the FUNCTION button to 87.5(FM) or 520(AM) band.3.  Press the   or   button to tune in to a station.• AdjusttheVOLUMEcontroltoobtainthedesiredvolume.Searching for a Station Automatically• Pressandholdthe  or   button until the tuner starts searching for a station, then release. Aer finding a clear station, the search stops automatically.Note: The search may not stop at a station with a very weak signal.Presetting StationsThe unit can store a total of 20 stations in memory (10 X FM, 10 X AM). Presetting allows you to tune in to a station directly.1.  Tune in to a desired station (see previous section).2.  Press the MEMORY button. The preset number will blink on the display.3.  Press the PRESET button repeatedly to select the preset number you desire.4.  Press the MEMORY button again to store it in memory.5. Repeatsteps1-4tostoreotherstations.LIMITED WARRANTYVENTURER ELECTRONICS (“VENTURER”) makes the following limited warranty. The Customer will be required to ship the unit to the Service Center indicated at the time Customer Support is contacted to make the necessary repairs. Press   (SLEEP) to select among  90 MIN, 80 MIN, 70 MIN, 60 MIN, 50 MIN, 40 MIN, 30 MIN, 20 MIN, 10 MIN and OFF. 2. When sleep is activated, press and hold   (SLEEP) to view remaining sleep time. Press   (SLEEP) again when the remaining sleep time is displayed to change the sleep time.Note: Sleep is automatically deactivated when the unit is turned o.Note: Aer setting alarm, you can press the  1/2 button to view the set alarm time. If 1/2 set to the same time, only 1 will alarm on.To Change the Alarm TimeJust follow the instructions above to set the alarm time again.To Turn O Alarm1.  Snooze (If you want to snooze a few more minutes)  Press the SNOOZE button to mute the sound for 9 minutes. Snooze function continues to operate 59 minutes aer the preset alarm time.2.  To shut o alarm  Press the   (Standby/On) button(alarmsettingwillstayactive,itwillturnonagain,24hourslater-thetimethat the alarm is set to).To Cancel Alarm ModeIn standby mode, press and hold the 1 (Alarm 1) or 2 (Alarm 2) buttons for 2 seconds until the ALM1 (alarm1) or ALM2(alarm2) indicator disappears.WAKE UP TO ALARM (BEEP OR RADIO)To Set Alarm11.   When in Standby mode, press the 1 button, the alarm indicator will light up.  2.  Hold and press 1 button, the hour digit will flash, press   button repeatedly to adjust the hour. 3. Press     button repeatedly to adjust the minute.4.   Press the Function button to select alarm mode : radio or beep.      For radio alarm, first tune in to a desired station and adjust the volume. The indicator  beside radio will light up.      For beep alarm, just select it. The indicator beside  buzz will light up, , and press 1 to confirm.5.    The alarm will wake up to “Radio” or “Beep” when alarm timer reaches the preset time and then shut o automatically aer 59 minutes. Press the   (Standby/On)to turn on the unit.     Press the Function button to Bluetooth® mode. •TheBluetooth® indicator light glows red and flashes    which means the unit is in Bluetooth®mode and ready to pair.2. Turn on the Bluetooth® device you wish to pair and connect.3. Press and hold the PAIR button on the unit. The Bluetooth® indicator light will start flashing rapidly which means it is pairing.4. On your Bluetooth® enabled device, search for the“ONB14AV204” in the list of discovered devices and select it. It may take the unit and Bluetooth® enabled device a few seconds to pair.5. When the Bluetooth® indicator glows a solid red, the unit and the Bluetooth® enabled device are now paired and connected.6. You can now enjoy audio from the unit.•TheunitcanonlybeconnectedtooneBluetooth® device at a time.•IfyourBluetoothdevice(e.g.Smartphoneetc.)needthePINcodewhilepairing, pleaseenter4-digitnumber:0000.Reconnecting a Bluetooth® enabled deviceBluetooth® enabled devices must be reconnected when the device has been turned o or the unit has been turned o.1. Turn on the Bluetooth® device that has already been paired with the unit.2. Press the Power button to turn on the unit. Press the Function button to Bluetooth® mode.3. Depending on your Bluetooth® device, your device may automatically connect to the unit.• If the device does not automatically connect to the unit, press and hold the PAIR button on the unit until the Bluetooth® indicator light starts flashing rapidly, then search for the “ONB14AV204” in its list of your Bluetooth® devices and select it.4. Once the Bluetooth® indicator turns a solid red, the Bluetooth® enabled device is paired and connected.Pair and connect with another new deviceIn order to pair the unit to a new device, you must first disconnect the currently paired and connected Bluetooth® device from the unit.1.  On the currently paired and connected Bluetooth® device, select the “ONB14AV204” from the list of currently paired and connected devices, and disconnect it. Please refer to your Bluetooth® enabled device User’s Guide for direction on how to disconnect a device. Or turn o it.2.
