Structure Sketch Note 4: A fully charged headset will loose its power automatically If left unused. It is recommended to charge the headset each three months. Note 5: Do not leave the headset in a too hot or too cold condition (best between -10℃ and 50℃) which may affect the headset's operations although it is fully charged. This allows you the freedom to make two calls at any time. Please read this user manual carefully before using the headset, and also read your device’s user manual regarding the Bluetooth function, and pay attention to those important safety and maintenance information. Please keep the headset away from children. The headset is not connected with the device; Not connected blue light will flash once each 2 seconds. Standby Mode The headset is connected with the device, and not any other operations, blue light will flash once each 5 seconds. Call state When in a call, the indicator light flashed blue once each 10 seconds. The indicator light turns red while being Charging Mode charged, and will turn blue automatically after being fully charged. When the battery’s voltage below 3.3V, the Low voltage state indicator light flashed red, the speaker prompt one time every once in a while. Note: The two Phones mentioned follows will be called Phone A and B. V3.0 HSP.HFP. A2DP. Prior to using the headset for the first time or no use for a long time, please fully charge the battery. 1.2. Approximately 2 hours are required to fully charge the headset. 1.3. The indicator light turns red while being charged, and will turn blue automatically after being fully charged. 1.4. When the headset is running out of battery, the indicator light will flash red (the headset will switch off automatically when the battery is drained). Please charge the headset as above steps in time to prolong the battery's useful life (Charging indication will be delayed for a few minutes if the headset has not been used for a long time or the battery is drained). Note 1: Check the charging device is suit to the headset or not. Note 2: Use only the supplied charger to charge the headset, if use other device may violate the validation or the maintenance article of this product and may cause danger. Note 3: Do not attempt to force open the built-in battery as this could damage the headset. In OFF MODE, press and hold MFB for 3 seconds, until you hear “Power on”, the indicator light turns blue for 1 second, then the headset will enter into ON MODE. The headset will be connected automatically(when the headset isn’t connect to any other bt headsets and the paring list is empty the headset will enter into pairing mode automatically) 3.Turning off Headset In ON MODE (except call state), press and hold MFB for 3 seconds, until you hear “Power off”, the indicator light turns red for 1 second, then the headset will enter into OFF MODE. Note: Headset isn’t connected with any devices within 20 minutes, it will automatically turn off. 4. Pairing Your Headset with a Bluetooth Phone 4.1. Ensure the headset is off, and the distance between your headset and phone is within 1 meter to activate the Bluetooth function on the phone. 4.2. Press and hold MFB until the indicator light flashes blue and red alternately and could hear “pairing” as PAIRING MODE. Search Bluetooth devices (see the user guide of your phone for instructions). 4.3. Select headset “MAGsmart Metallic” from the devices list of the phone. 4.4. Enter paring code “0000”,press confirm and later you could hear “paired”, then could hear “your phone is connected”. 4.5. If the pairing cannot be completed within 5 minutes after the PAIRING MODE has been activated, the headset will enter into the STANDBY MODE. Please repeat above steps to do the pairing again). 4.6. Ensure there is no obstruction between your headset and phone and within effective distance, you can use the headset freely. 4.7. Under the circumstance of power off, once you turn on the headset again it will connect the paired phone automatically within operation range. (see the user guide of your phone for instructions). 5.Answering a call When a call is coming, you can answer it with the ways as follows: Method 1: Press MFB once. Method 2: Separate the earphones, put in ear and answer(When megnet stay together) Method 3: Adsorb the magnet earphone together and separate them slowly and answer(When enjoy music) Method 4: Answer the call with your phone. 6.Ending a call You can end the call which you are answering with by below ways: Method 1: Press MFB once. Method 2: Adsorb the magnet together. Method 3: End the call with your phone. 7. Rejecting a call Press and hold MFB for 2 seconds to reject the call with beep ”dudu” from headset 8.Voice prompt language switching In PAIRED MODE, press and hole “Volume –“ for 2 seconds. And say the voice tag as soon as you hear voice promp”dudu” (Ensure your phone supports voice dialing function, and you have recorded the voice tag into your mobile. Please see the user guide of your mobile for more instructions.) 9.Voice Dialing In PAIRED MODE, press and hold volume V- button, and say the voice tag as soon as you hear the short beep. (Ensure your phone supports voice dialing function, and you have recorded the voice tag into your phone. See the user guide of your phone for instructions.). 10.Two-call Handling When you are answering a call, there is another call coming: 10.1. Shortly press MFB twice to hold on the current call and answer another one. 10.2. Shortly press MFB twice to transfer the call from one to another. 10.3. Shortly press MFB you can hang up the current call and answer another one. Note: All the above operations have to respect the precondition that Phone supports Bluetooth hands free profile V1.5 and Phones are running under call holding function(Network service) from telecom. 11.The Last Number Redialing Press MFB TWICE to redial the last phone number (when connect one phone). Press MFB TWICE to redial the last phone number of the fisrt phone,press V+ button 2 seconds then you can redial the last phone number of the second phone(When connect two phones) 12.Mute During a call, press and hold “V+” for 2 seconds the headset will enter into MUTE MODE. In MUTE MODE, the speaker will sound “dudu” twice every 10 seconds, press and hold “V+” for 2 seconds again you could cancel the MUTE MODE. 13.Adjusting The Volume In call or playing music state, shortly press V+ or V- once to adjust the volume. When the volume up to maximum or minimum, you could hear “du” voice prompt. 14.Forward/Backward Press and hold “V-” or “V+” for 2 seconds to forward the next song or to backward the last song. 15.Music Pause /Playing Method 1: Press MFB once to PLAY music(paired and standby condition), press MFB again to PAUSE music. Method 2: During playing music with the magnetic earphone separated, adsorb the magnetic earphone to PAUSE music. Note: When the magnetic earphone adsorb to PAUSE music while separate to PLAY music. It’s not suitable to use this function frequently unless delay about 10 seconds. When playing music it’s suggested to use MFB to answer a call, it’s normal for music keep on playing if use magnetic function to hang up the call under this circumstance(It’s suggested NOT use magnetic function to hang up calls in this circumstance) 16.Delete Pairing Record On The Headset In standby mode, press and hold “V+” and “V-”, until the red and blue light flashed twice at the same time, the pairing record on the headset will be deleted, when all the pairing record is deleted, after the headset turn on, it couldn’t connected automatically and enter into pairing mode directly. 17. Headset Resetting In any state, as long as the headset is charging, it will be reset. 18. Switch between two calls: 19.1. When the headset is connected with two phones, during answering a call from phone A, there is a call coming from phone B, you could press the MFB TWICE to answer Phone B, the call from phone A is under the status of waiting. Re-press the MFB TWICE, you can shift the call from one to another. 19.2. Press MFB shortly, you can end the call you are answering and transfer to another phone. 19. Disconnecting To disconnect the paired headset from your phone, please turn off the headset or disconnect the headset from the Bluetooth menu of your phone. When disconnecting, could hear “Your phone is disconnected”. 20. Disconnecting 21.1. Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the headset. 21.2. Do not allow the headset to touch with any sharp objects as this will cause scratching and damage. 21.3. Please keep headset away from high-temperature, humidity and dust.
