Folgende Symbole werden in diesem Handbuch verwendet:
Mit dem „Achtung“-Symbol sind wichtige Warnhinweise hervorgehoben, die Sie
unbedingt befolgen müssen, um möglichen Verletzungen vorzubeugen.
Das „Wichtig“-Zeichen weist auf eine Gefahrenquelle hin, welche bei Nichtbeachtung

2. Sicherheitshinweise
:: Dieses Handbuch ist laut DIN ISO 9462 und § 276 BGB an den Käufer der Bindung
auszuhändigen. Eine Nichtbeachtung dieser Hinweise entbindet ATOMIC von jeder
Haftung und Garantieleistung – ausgenommen, es kann ATOMIC Vorsatz oder grobe
Fahrlässigkeit nachgewiesen werden.
:: Lesen Sie dieses Handbuch und die Sicherheitshinweise aufmerksam durch bevor Sie
Ihre ATOMIC-Bindung in Betrieb nehmen, um Schäden am Produkt zu vermeiden und
möglichen Verletzungen vorzubeugen.
:: Für die korrekte Funktion des Systems Skibindung/Skischuh ist die Befolgung
nachstehender Hinweise notwendig:
4. Die NEOX EBM in der Übersicht
4.1. Die Bedienelemente der NEOX EBM
Skischuhe
:: Verwenden Sie nur Skischuhe, die den einschlägigen Normen DIN 7880/T1 bzw. DIN ISO
5355, Schuhtyp A, entsprechen und auf die Ihre Bindung auch angepasst wurde. Eine
Verwendung anderer Skischuhe kann zu einer schwerwiegenden Funktionsstörung der
Bindung führen.
:: Bei stärkeren Gebrauchs- und Abnützungserscheinungen der Schuhanschlussbereiche
kann die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der Bindung gestört werden. Lassen Sie in diesem
Fall Ihre Ausrüstung von einem qualifizierten Fachhändler überprüfen.
Skibindung
:: Der schwenkbare AFD-Gleitstreifen 3 darf nicht beschädigt sein oder fehlen. Ein derartiger Mangel muss unbedingt durch einen qualifizierten Fachhändler behoben werden.
:: Neox Bindungen werden für verschiedene Skibreiten mit Bremsenbreiten 76, 81und 88
ausgeliefert.
:: Die Bindung ist für eine Montage unmittelbar auf dem Ski oder ATOMIC Chassis und
ohne Verwendung von Fremdelementen bestimmt.
:: Die Montage und Wartung der Bindung muss von einem autorisierten Fachhändler
durchgeführt werden, da eine unsachgemäße Montage, Einstellung und Wartung das
Verletzungsrisiko erheblich erhöht.
:: ATOMIC empfiehlt, die Bindungen mindestens vor jeder Skisaison von einem qualifizierten Fachhändler überprüfen zu lassen. Die Z-Zahleinstellung sowie Batteriewechsel
dürfen nur vom qualifizierten Fachhändler durchgeführt werden.

Die Batterien im Vorderbacken und im Fersenautomaten können bei unsachgemäßer
Handhabung auslaufen oder explodieren. Setzen Sie daher ihre Bindung keiner
großen Hitze oder offenem Feuer aus.
3. Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
:: Skibindungen verringern die Gefahr von Verletzungen, können diese aber nicht völlig
ausschließen. Bedenken Sie immer, dass keine Bindung unter allen nur denkbaren
Situationen mit völliger Sicherheit auslösen kann.
:: Vergessen Sie nicht, dass die Sicherheit beim Skilauf in sehr hohem Maße von Ihnen
selbst abhängt:
:: Fahren Sie stets kontrolliert, entsprechend Ihrem Können und Ihrer körperlichen Verfassung.
:: Vermeiden Sie Skifahren in übermüdetem Zustand oder unter Einwirkung von Alkohol
oder Medikamenten.
:: Wählen Sie Ihre Abfahrten bewusst aus, machen Sie sich vor dem Skifahren mit den
Pistenverhältnissen und möglichen Hindernissen vertraut und beachten Sie
Warnhinweise im jeweiligen Skigebiet.

5. So funktioniert die NEOX EBM
5.1. Einsteigen in die Bindung
Prüfen Sie vor jeder Abfahrt Ihre Skibremsen auf ordnungsgemäße Funktion:
1.Steigen Sie in die Bindung und prüfen Sie, ob sich die Bremsarme der Skibremse
6 vollständig an den Ski anlegen.
2. Steigen Sie aus der Bindung und prüfen Sie, ob die Bremsarme wieder selbsttätig
in die Bremsposition gelangen.
Bei Fahrten im Tiefschnee ist die Bremswirkung der integrierten Skibremse nicht
ausreichend!
Die integrierte Skibremse kann auch zum Aneinanderclipsen der Ski verwendet
werden. Das Trennen erfolgt durch Verschieben eines Skis in Richtung Skispitze und
leichtem Auseinanderziehen der Ski.
7. Nach dem „OK” erscheint am Display eine Animation. Diese können Sie sich aus drei
Möglichkeiten auswählen. Die Einstellung wird durch den qualifizierten Fachhändler
durchgeführt.

5.2. Öffnen und Aussteigen (auch im Notfall)
1. Beachten Sie die Links-/Rechts-Markierung am Ski und richten Sie Ihre Ski entsprechend aus.
2. Öffnen Sie den Fersenautomaten, indem Sie den Fersenhebel 8 nach unten drücken.
3. Reinigen Sie die Schuhsohle und die Anschlussflächen des Skischuhs zur Bindung
sorgfältig von anhaftendem Schnee, Eis, Schmutz bzw. Fremdkörpern.
4. Steigen Sie in die Bindung ein.
5. Schließen Sie die Bindung, indem Sie den Skischuh nach unten drücken.
6. Die NEOX EBM führt einen Systemcheck durch. Ist der Fersenautomat richtig geschlossen (verriegelt), werden das ATOMIC Symbol, die Betriebsstunden, der Auslösewert des
Vorderbackens und des Fersenautomaten, der Anpressdruck geprüft und im Durchlauf
angezeigt. Ist der Systemcheck positiv verlaufen, erscheint das „OK” am Display und Sie
können starten.

Funktion der Bindung weiterhin gewährleistet.
Da die Überprüfung des Systems nicht erfolgen kann, empfehlen wir, nicht weiterzufahren.
7. Wartung und Pflege der Bindung
Auch für hochwertige Bindungen sind eine regelmäßige Pflege und richtige Wartung
Voraussetzung für eine einwandfreie Funktion und damit für Ihre persönliche Sicherheit.
:: Wir empfehlen daher, die Bindungen unbedingt bei jeder Anzeige des Servicesymbols von
einem qualifizierten Fachhändler warten zu lassen.
Transport:
:: Vor dem Transport entfernen Sie immer den Skischuh aus der Bindung.
:: Die Bindung soll beim Transport auf dem Autodach stets durch eine Transportbox, eine
Bindungshülle oder einen Skisack geschützt sein. Nach dem Transport ist der Bindungsschutz
wieder zu entfernen.
Lagerung:
:: Vor der Lagerung entfernen Sie immer den Skischuh aus der Bindung.
:: Lagern Sie Ihre Ski in einem temperierten Raum. Dadurch wird die Gefahr einer Korrosion
oder Vereisung der Bindungsmechanik durch eingedrungenen Schnee oder durch
Feuchtigkeit vermieden. Zur Schonung der Mechanik wird empfohlen, den Fersenbacken zu
schließen.
8. Gewährleistung/Garantie/Haftung
:: ATOMIC gewährt dem ursprünglichen Käufer (Endverbraucher) der Skibindung ein Jahr
Garantie ab Kaufdatum für alle Produktfehler. Im Rahmen dieser Garantie wird ATOMIC
Austria GmbH entweder das mangelhafte Produkt oder Teile davon austauschen, reparieren
oder Ersatz leisten.
:: Bindungen müssen immer von einem autorisierten Fachhändler montiert und auf die
persönlichen Einstellwerte des Kunden eingestellt werden. Das Einstellprotokoll ist dem
Kunden auszuhändigen und von diesem aufzubewahren. Ein Anspruch auf Garantieleistung

durch ATOMIC Austria GmbH für nicht funktionstüchtige Bindungen oder Teile davon besteht
nur dann, wenn die Einstellwerte mit einer Normprüfsohle des Skischuhes nicht innerhalb der
Toleranzen der ISO Norm liegen (beispielsweise können die Abnutzung oder Verschmutzung
des Skischuhs die Auslösewerte der Bindung entscheidend nachteilig beeinflussen).
:: Die Händler werden nochmals darauf hingewiesen, dass den Kunden die Bedienungsanleitung
nachweislich auszuhändigen ist und der Kunde ausdrücklich anzuhalten ist, die
Bedienungsanleitung vor dem Gebrauch des Produktes zu lesen. Der Kunde hat die Übergabe der Bedienungsanleitung zu bestätigen. Die Kunden sind auch über mögliche Gefahren, die
durch unsachgemäße Handhabung des jeweiligen Produktes entstehen können, aufzuklären.
:: Sollte bei einem ATOMIC-Produkt innerhalb der Garantiezeit ein Mangel oder ein Defekt
auftreten, wird ATOMIC Austria GmbH dem Kunden den entsprechenden Teil oder das
gesamte Produkt ersetzen, vorausgesetzt es liegt ein Garantiefall vor. Kein Garantiefall liegt
z.B. vor, wenn der Mangel oder die Beschädigung durch Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen in
der Bedienungsanleitung, unzureichende Pflege, fehlerhafte Einstellung, nicht fachmännische
Montage, unsachgemäße Handhabung, Skiunfälle (die nicht durch den Mangel eines ATOMICProduktes verursacht wurden), Gewaltanwendungen, vorsätzliche, mutwillige oder grob
fahrlässige Beschädigungen verursacht wurden. In derartigen Fällen besteht kein
Garantieanspruch gegenüber ATOMIC Austria GmbH. Bei jeder Kundenreklamation ist deshalb
die tatsächliche Schadensursache des mangelhaften oder defekten ATOMIC-Produktes
möglichst genau festzustellen. Dabei sind die diesbezüglichen Angaben des Kunden
schriftlich festzuhalten und an ATOMIC weiterzuleiten.
:: ATOMIC-Produkte oder Ersatzteile (Zubehörartikel), bei denen ein vermeintlicher Garantieanspruch vorliegt, müssen vom Kunden in das Geschäft, in dem sie gekauft wurden, zur
Mangelbehebung gebracht werden. Für die Geltendmachung von Garantieansprüchen ist der
Zeitpunkt des Erwerbes der Bindung nachzuweisen. Daher ist beim Kauf der Kunde darauf
aufmerksam zu machen, dass der Kaufbeleg als Garantiekarte dient und bei Inanspruchnahme der Garantie dem Händler zu übergeben ist. ATOMIC Austria GmbH ist vom Händler
unverzüglich von der Inanspruchnahme der Garantie zu verständigen.
:: Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass durch die Einräumung dieser Garantie die gesetzliche
Gewährleistungspflicht des Händlers gegenüber dem Kunden weder ausgeschlossen noch
beschränkt wird. Der Rückgriff des Übergebers auf die ATOMIC Austria GmbH nach § 933b
ABGB ist ausgeschlossen. Der Händler hat allfällige Mängel oder Defekte an ATOMICProdukten unverzüglich gegenüber ATOMIC Austria GmbH schriftlich unter Darstellung des
behaupteten Mangels oder Defektes zu rügen, sodass für ATOMIC Austria GmbH eine
Bearbeitung der Beanstandung leicht möglich ist.
:: ATOMIC lehnt, soweit nicht zwingendes Recht zur Ersatzleistung verpflichtet, jede Haftung für
Schäden oder Folgeschäden aus dem Gebrauch der Skibindung ab, sofern ATOMIC Austria
GmbH nicht Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit nachgewiesen werden kann. Im Übrigen gelten die gesetzlichen Haftungsbestimmungen nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz.

The "Attention" sign draws attention to important warnings, which must be obeyed
in order to prevent injury.
The "Important" sign indicates possible sources of danger, which if ignored can lead
to damage to the binding.
The "Note" sign indicates additional information that could be useful when using the
binding.
:: In accordance with DIN ISO 9462 and § 276 of the Federal Law Gazette, this manual
must be given to the buyer of this binding. Failure to observe these instructions releases
ATOMIC from all responsibility and guarantee obligations – unless it can be proved that
ATOMIC is guilty of intent or gross negligence.
:: In order to prevent damage to the product and possible injury, you should read this
manual and the safety instructions carefully before using your ATOMIC binding.
:: Compliance with the following information is necessary to ensure the proper functioning
of the ski binding/boot system:
Ski Boots
:: Only use ski boots that comply with the standards DIN 7880/T1 or DIN ISO 5355, Boot
Type A, and to which your binding has been adjusted. Using other ski boots may result
in serious malfunction of the binding.
:: Whenever the boot-binding interface shows excessive signs of wear, the binding may not
function properly. In this case, please have your equipment checked by a qualified specialist dealer.
Ski Binding
:: The movable AFD gliding pads 3 may not be damaged or missing. Such defects must
be repaired by a qualified specialist dealer.
:: Neox bindings are available for different ski widths with brake widths of 76, 81 and
88 mm.
:: The binding has been designed for mounting directly upon the ski or the ATOMIC
chassis and without the use of additional components.
:: Bindings should only be mounted and serviced by an approved dealer, as improper
mounting, adjustments and servicing significantly increase the risk of injury.
:: ATOMIC recommends that bindings be checked by a qualified specialist dealer at least
once a year before the season starts. Only qualified specialist dealers may set Z values
and change batteries.
The batteries in the toe and heel units can die or explode if handled incorrectly. Do
not expose your binding to strong heat or flames.

:: Ski bindings reduce the risk of injury, but cannot completely eliminate it. Please be
aware that no binding can release with absolute certainty in all circumstances and all
conditions.
:: Do not forget that your skiing safety depends to a very high degree on yourself:
:: Always ski under control and according to your abilities and physical fitness.
:: Avoid skiing when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
:: Select your runs carefully and obey any warnings for a given ski area. Familiarise
yourself with conditions on the slopes and possible obstacles that might arise before you
go skiing.

Check that your ski brakes work properly before every run:
1. Step into the binding and check whether the arms of the ski brake

The braking action of the integrated ski brakes is insufficient for skiing in deep snow!
The integrated ski brakes can also be used for clipping the skis together. To separate
them, slide one ski toward the ski tip and pull both skis gently apart.
1. Align your ski in accordance with the left/right markings on the ski.
2. Open the heel unit by pressing down the heel lever.
3. Carefully remove snow, dirt and foreign matter from the boot soles and interfaces of the
boot to the binding.
4. Step into the binding.
5. Close the binding by pressing the ski boot downward.

:: ATOMIC gives a one-year guarantee to the original buyer (final consumer) of the ski binding
calculated from the date of purchase. Within the scope of this guarantee ATOMIC Austria
GmbH will either replace or repair the faulty product or parts thereof or provide a replacement.
:: Bindings must always be mounted by an authorised specialist dealer and adjusted to the
personal settings of the customer. The setting protocol must be given to the customer who
must keep it carefully. Claims for performance under the guarantee for faulty bindings or parts
thereof will only be accepted by ATOMIC Austria GmbH if the setting values with a standard
boot sole do not fall within the tolerances of the ISO standard (wear or dirt on the ski boot
can have a serious negative effect on the binding for example).

:: Retailers are reminded that the instructions for use must be given to the customer. The
customer must be explicitly reminded to read the instructions for use before using the
product. The customer must confirm receipt of the instructions for use. Customers must also
be informed about the possible dangers resulting from improper use of the product.
:: In the event that an ATOMIC product is found to be faulty or defective within the guarantee
period, ATOMIC Austria GmbH will replace the part or the entire product provided that there
has been a guarantee-activating event. It is not considered a guarantee-activating effect if, for
example, the defect or damage was caused by failure to observe the instructions for use,
insufficient care, incorrect settings, improper mounting, incorrect handling, ski accidents
(which were not caused by defects of an ATOMIC product), the use of force, intentional,
deliberate or gross negligence. In such cases, claims may not be made against ATOMIC
Austria GmbH. For that reason, the real cause of damage to the faulty or defective ATOMIC
product should always be identified as precisely as possible. The information provided by the
customer must be recorded in writing and forwarded to ATOMIC.
:: The buyer must take ATOMIC products or spare parts (accessories) for which guarantee
service is required to the shop where they were purchased for repair. Proof of the binding's
purchase date must be provided when making claims under the guarantee. For that reason,
the buyer must be informed when they purchase the product that the receipt serves as the
guarantee card, which be given to the dealer when making a claim under the guarantee. The
dealer must inform ATOMIC Austria GmbH immediately that a claim has been made under the
guarantee.

2. Consignes de sécurité
:: Conformément aux normes DIN ISO 9462, ce manuel est à remettre à l'acheteur de la
fixation. En cas de non-respect des consignes ATOMIC ne peut être tenu responsable,
ni prendre en garantie la fixation – sauf en cas de négligence de la part d’ATOMIC.
:: Lisez attentivement ce manuel et les consignes de sécurité stipulées avant d’utiliser la
fixation ATOMIC afin d’éviter toute détérioration du produit et de prévenir toute blessure
éventuelle.
:: Pour que le système fixation/chaussure de ski fonctionne correctement, il est impératif
de respecter les consignes suivantes:
4. Généralités sur la fixation NEOX EBM
4.1. Les éléments de réglage de la fixation NEOX EBM et leurs fonctions
Chaussures de ski
:: Ne choisissez que des chaussures de ski conformes aux normes DIN 7880/T1 ou DIN ISO
5355, chaussures type A, qui doivent être utilisées pour le réglage de la fixation.
L’utilisation d’autres chaussures risque d’entraîner de graves irrégularités dans le
fonctionnement de la fixation.
:: Toute usure prononcée au niveau des zones de contact de la chaussure risque d’entraver
le bon fonctionnement de la fixation. Dans ce cas, nous vous recommandons de faire
contrôler votre équipement par un revendeur spécialisé qualifié.
Fixation de ski
:: La plaque coulissante AFD 3 doit être en très bon état. Si ce n’est pas le cas elle doit
être immédiatement réparée par un revendeur spécialisé et qualifié.
:: Les fixations Neox sont disponibles avec des largeurs de frein différente de 76, 81 et 88
mm pour des skis de largeurs diverses.
:: La fixation est destinée à être montée directement sur le ski ou le châssis ATOMIC sans
aucun élément supplémentaire.
:: Confiez les montage et l’entretien de la fixation à un spécialiste qualifié. N’oubliez pas que
tout montage, réglage ou entretien inadéquat augmente les risques d'accident.
:: ATOMIC vous recommande de faire contrôler par un spécialiste qualifié l’état de vos
fixations au moins une fois par an avant le début de la saison. Seul un revendeur
spécialisé qualifié peut programmer le réglage de la fixation et changer les piles.

Les piles situées dans la butée et dans la talonnière peuvent s’user ou exploser en cas
de mauvaise manipulation. N’exposez jamais votre fixation à une source de chaleur.
3. Mesures de précaution
:: S’il est vrai que les fixations de ski contribuent à réduire les risques d’accident, elle ne
sauraient cependant exclure à coup sûr tout risque pour le skieur. N’oubliez pas qu’il
n’existe aucun système de fixation offrant une garantie totale de déclenchement dans
toutes les situations imaginables.
:: N’oubliez pas que votre sécurité dépend en grande partie de vous mêmes.
:: Ayez toujours le contrôle de vos skis, ne dépassez jamais les limites de vos forces et
de votre condition physique.
:: Evitez de skier si vous êtes fatigué, si vous prenez des médicaments ou si vous êtes
sous l'emprise de l'alcool.
:: Choisissez vos descentes en fonction de votre niveau et suivez les consignes indiquées
en bordure de piste. Soyez attentif à l’état des pistes et aux obstacles.

5. Fonctionnement de la fixation EBM
5.1. Chaussage de la fixation
Contrôlez le fonctionnement des freins avant chaque descente:
1. En chaussant la fixation, vérifiez qu’elle se vérouille complètement et que les bras
des freins 7 remontent
2. Déchaussez et vérifiez si les bras du frein regagnent automatiquement la position
de freinage.
Les freins intégrés ne sont pas suffisants dans la poudreuse !
Les freins skis permettent également d’accrocher les skis ensemble pour les transporter. Pour les séparer, faîtes glisser légèrement un ski vers le haut puis écarter les.
1. Vérifiez le marquage gauche/droite apposé sur le ski et alignez vos skis en
conséquence.
2. Appuyez sur le levier de la talonnière 9 pour ouvrir la talonnière.
3. Eliminez soigneusement la neige collante, la glace, et la saleté sous la semelle de la
chaussure.
4. Chaussez la fixation.
5. Fermez la fixation en poussant sur le talon.
6. La fixation NEOX EBM effectue un contrôle du système. Dès que la talonnière est fermée
correctement (verrouillée), le logo ATOMIC, les heures de service, les valeur de
déclenchement de la butée et de la talonnière, le réglage de la poussée sont vérifiés et
s’affichent. Si le contrôle du système est positif, « OK » s’affiche sur l’écranet vous
pouvez skier.

Réparation
La fixation est prête à fonctionner! Nous vous
recommandons cependant de la confier à un
revendeur spécialisé pour une révision d’entretien avant votre prochaine journée de ski.
Une défaillance de l’EBM n’affecte en rien les
fonctions mécaniques de la fixation. Le système ne pouvant être contrôlé, nous vous
recommandons d’arrêter de skier.
7. Entretien de la fixation
Pour que vos fixations fonctionnent parfaitement , il est indispensable d’assurer régulièrement
un service d’entretien approprié qui contribuera à votre sécurité.
:: Voilà pourquoi nous vous recommandons de confier absolument vos fixations à un revendeur
spécialisé dès que le symbole d’entretien s’affiche.
Transport:
:: Retirez toujours la chaussure de la fixation avant le transport.
:: Transportez toujours les fixations dans un carton ou une housse afin de les protéger.
Entreposage:
:: Retirez toujours la chaussure de ski de la fixation avant l’entreposage.
:: Rangez vos skis dans une pièce tempérée. Vous éviterez ainsi la corrosion provoquée par
l’humidité ou la moisissure. Nous conseillons de couvrir la talonnière afin de protéger le
mécanisme.
8. Garantie/responsabilité
:: ATOMIC accorde au premier acheteur de la fixation (consommateur final) une garantie
d’un an sur tout vice de matière à partir de la date d’achat. Dans ce délai de garantie,
ATOMIC Austria GmbH s’engage à réparer tous les vices matériels et ce, soit par réparation soit par remplacement des éléments défectueux ou encore par dédommagement de
l’intéressé.
:: Les fixations doivent toujours être montées par un spécialiste qualifié et réglées en fonction
des valeurs de réglage personnelles du client. Le protocole de réglage doit être remis au client
qui le conservera soigneusement. Tout recours à la garantie prévue par ATOMIC Austria
GmbH pour des fixations ou des éléments de celles-ci qui ne fonctionneraient pas n’est

recevable que si les valeurs de réglage avec une semelle de chaussure de ski conforme aux
normes ne se situent pas au sein des tolérances de la norme ISO (l’usure et l’encrassement
de la chaussure de ski peuvent être, par exemple, très préjudiciables pour les valeurs de
déclenchement).
:: Il est du devoir des revendeurs de remettre impérativement au client le mode d’emploi de
la fixation et d’attirer son attention sur l’importance de lire ce mode d’emploi avant toute
utilisation du produit. Le client est tenu de confirmer la réception de ce mode d’emploi.
L’attention du client devra, par ailleurs, être attirée sur les risques éventuels qu’un maniement
inadapté du produit pourrait provoquer.
:: Si un dommage survient sur un produit ATOMIC pendant la durée de garantie, ATOMIC
Austria GmbH s’engage à remplacer ladite pièce ou le produit intégral, à condition que ledit
dommage soit conforme aux clauses de garantie. Le présent engagement de garantie ne
s’applique pas, par exemple, aux dommages intervenus par suite d’un non-respect de la
notice d’utilisation et/ou des recommandations d’entretien, d’erreurs de réglage, de montages
réalisés par des non-spécialistes, d’une manipulation inappropriée, d’accidents de ski
(qui n’auront pas été provoqués par un produit ATOMIC défectueux), de recours à la force, de
dommages prémédités, délibérés ou par suite de grave négligence. Dans de tels cas, aucune
prétention de garantie n’est recevable par ATOMIC Austria GmbH. Il est donc nécessaire
de déterminer avec la plus grande précision possible l’origine réelle du dommage du
produit ATOMIC défectueux pour chaque réclamation du client. C’est pourquoi les données
pertinentes du client devront être consignées par écrit et transmises à ATOMIC.
:: Le client est invité à présenter les produits ATOMIC ou les pièces détachées (accessoires),
pour lesquel(le)s il souhaite faire valoir son droit de garantie, dans le magasin qui les lui a
vendu(e)s afin de les faire réparer. Pour l’exercice du droit de garantie, il convient de justifier
de la date d’acquisition de la fixation. D’où la nécessité de bien faire remarquer au client
que le ticket d’achat sert de garantie et qu'il doit être présenté au revendeur pour pouvoir
prétendre à la garantie. La société ATOMIC Austria GmbH doit être immédiatement informée
par le revendeur du recours à la garantie.
:: Il est bien entendu que l’octroi de cette garantie n’exclut ou ne limite en rien l’obligation
légale de garantie du revendeur par rapport au client. Tout recours du plaignant contre
ATOMIC Austria GmbH est exclu conformément au § 933b Code civil autrichien. Le revendeur
est tenu de signaler, immédiatement et par écrit, à ATOMIC Austria GmbH tout vice ou défaut
éventuel constaté sur des produits ATOMIC en précisant la nature de ce vice ou défaut afin de
faciliter, autant que possible, l’examen de la réclamation mené par ATOMIC Austria GmbH.
:: Sous réserve de prescriptions portant impérativement obligation à indemniser, ATOMIC
décline toute responsabilité pour quelque dommage que ce soit résultant directement ou
indirectement de l’utilisation de la fixation de ski, sauf si une preuve de préméditation ou de
